Apparently we want to model ourselves after Street Fighter players, and not something productive or funny. DBZ or something stupid would have been better because Iwould have at least laughed.

Well hes beaten kels less than kels has beaten him, it was a close set, but dart has only gone to 1 tournament. I don't think thats enough to put dart above kels. If dart went to more than 1 tournament and did it, i'd be willing

Does Darkrain qualify? He went to two Illinois tourneys in the past two weeks, lol. Just the fact that he beat Kels in winners bracket should get him consideration for top 4 imo.

Needs 3 if you havent been on the list before. 2 if you have. Also, im not sure if there is a residency requirement of the midwest still, but for sure i know you cant be ranked on another power ranking (idk if darkrain is)


edit- i thought they changed it to 2 for returning/3 for new, but the OP says 2/2. Kyle/Nick clarify this? (I don't run the PR anymore, just post the thread)

We wanted to up the prereq for minimum tourneys since it is over a several month span and it was impossibly hard to judge something like Trail who has 1 tourney vs Orly who has like 12.
