Thats actually a really good idea. Im pretty sure Hbox will still be chosen and mango might be picked as a diff character. And less boring puff **** to watch.

puff isnt even a legendary character anyway.

nahh completely unfair and i really hope it's not even considered. since when is crews all about how entertaining it is? Sure that's obviously a fun factor but to take out jiggs because she *****/isn't the most entertaining character is silly. also the hbox/mango finals example wasn't a very good example :/ jiggs dittos isn't the same as jiggs being in a crew, and of course it wasn't interesitng to watch, it was two american jigglypuffs in a national worldwide tournament, people wanted a OOC player to be in the finals. two puffs just upset people, and of course it was mango so people just expected the win.

Its fair lol. The TO makes the rules for this crew. If he wanted to do a M2, pika, samus, marth legends then he could.

Also Hbox would be chosen 4 sure as a wild card. Probably first. Crews typically are about hype, but *****s do wanna win.

Whether the idea flourishes or not it one thing, but its a legitimate thought. Mango prob doesnt want to puff, Hbox could still puff, and things would be more exciting in the terms that there arent 4 puffs playing in the crews.

No disrespect to puffs, but its not really as fun to watch. I think most of the community would agree.

I actually want to see a puff crew. Then again I seem to be in a minority of the community that likes watching Puffs play. I used to love watching Mango pick Puff and work people a lot in the past, and watching Hbox rest people never gets old. If there's any argument against it, it should be that outside of Mango and Hbox just how many truly high level Jiggs are there? The closest is Darc, other then that no other Jiggs outside of the top two Jiggs ever got as good as say King. So that's what, three potential Puffs that play at a really high level to choose for this.

It's plausible to assume that both Mango and Hbox will be picked just for how good they are. Mango will go under another character, and Hbox will be picked on the side so it kind of works out regardless. It's really only a pain if both Darc and King go and want to play in this, as they're both good enough to do well in it. Also if there's some other high level puff out there that I'm missing out please let me know. No disrespect meant, I serisouly can't think of nobody else that plays a high calibur Puff.

@Mew2King: You sir, are thinking wrong. Screw Marth and Sheik, get on the Fox team. That is all.

Lucky - WC's Jman? Not as consistent I guess but pretty good. Definitely one of the top fox mains.

once again, characters shouldn't be taken out jus tbecause they're not insanely entertaining. That's somewhat like banning jiggs from a tournament.

Also, I keep seeing OOC players listed in this, is this a national/worldwide tournament? I'm not aware of this tournament too much so yeah.

If it is, then this list is going to be insanely hard to make..so many of the votes will be american-player based, since 90% of this forum is filled with americans who don't know the skill of all these european players.

I know there's fox's in europe on the same level if not higher than colbol, same could go with some of the falcos..such as Calle W, hell, i'm not even knowledged enough to list off lots of euro's but i know alot of their top players that haven't travlled to genesis/pound won't be voted :/

This concept does ****, it's just gonna be really really hard to make legitely if there's OOC players attending.

When one character has been winning every major for over a year, regardless of how entertaining it is to watch, that character deserves a regular spot in the battle. If I recall correctly some of the most entertaining combos I've ever seen in this game have come from Jiggs in major crew battles. So yeah, Jiggs stays.

Well whichever team ends up with the number four Puff is going to need to make sure that the other members of their team can make up for the 'weakness' of their Puff player. That's all part of the strategy involved in choosing your players and shouldn't be removed because of the perceived weakness of one of their players. Underdogs have been known to do great things in the past.

Actually now that I've thought about it I don't think that it matters either way. If we include Puff they all get chosen and if we don't then they all get chosen. So either way the extra wild card spot would go to a Puff player. Except for the one extra spot if no 'worthy' Puff player would be there. So ultimately the argument is pretty pointless.
