Oh Esam...I don't think u realize I'm like a Super Saiyan. I constantly keep getting better and advancing the lucas metagame. The Mekos u played at pound 5 in our 1 dollar mm sooo long ago is not the same at all. I did that to have a chance to play a good pikachu for the first time.
I play a read/punish game. U watched the clash 1 stream. Alot of times I lost the first game but by that time I figured them out, I won games 2 and 3 (and had control of the majority of the game). Don't think yer gonna come to NC and constantly keep wrecking me. I get stronger baby with experience. mwah much love!

All I have to say is I can't wait to play u my doubles partner!

Edit:Also, ESAM I don't think NC is the worst state in the Atlantic south. We're obviously better than SC cause they have no brawl scene. We've beaten GA/AL in a crew battle before. Recently,Dr.Peepee beat two top players from Georgia(Player 1 and Micaelis). Louisiana might be better than us simply because of Lee Martin and Hyro. Obviously, Florida is still #1 though.

haha thanks stingers lol. Did u see the live stream? It's here http://www.twitch.tv/vvv_chibosempai/b/294183805. I would have got at least 5th the same place as logic o_0 if Will wasn't in my way. The unity rule set is so gay allowing infinite grab releases. After that I would have had to play vinnie and I feel I would have had a chance of winning.

I'll post vids once there up in here. Dubs was pretty awesome. M2k is the first partner who could apply what I told him and already has doubles smarts. We caught off our opponents options so well. The commentators were always like M2k is always there to support the lucas. It was the same the other way around we both supported each other and punished so well. It was beautiful. Dubs is amazing when both players have the dubs smarts and are good. If the community was at a certian level in dubs then I would suggest each person having 4 stocks. Cuz if yer playing dubs correctly characters can go from 0 to 80% in 2 seconds. And after that one team setup is a guaranteed klll. The only people I have been able to play like that with is M2k and Fow. Lets go Apex!

I'm not an expert at Street Fighters, but apparently Akuma was even more broken than Metaknight compared to the rest of the cast in the game- From what I read, even the game designer admitted that he was broken and couldn't fix the brokenness even in the remakes because he was that broken. And just because it already happened in an another fighting game doesn't make the notion any less hilarious.

That's not the hilarious part. The hilarious part is that people recognized the character's relative brokenness in less than 3 months after the release of the game (or even technically before the release of the game, but those were just speculations based on gameplay trailers) and after 3.5 years of doing pretty much nothing about it, they suddenly decide to ban the character just because the tournament results confirmed what everyone thought was true in the first 3 months.

You guys just need to accept that fact that in most fighting games there is always a clear best character who wins almost all of his matches while having even or close to even match ups.

This is not to say anything about whether MK should or should not be banned. But that particular MK video contains nothing that warrants him being banned. It has drill rush edge cancels (interesting tech but hardly used because he usually has better options anyway), some shuttle loop tricks (flashy but usually not useful), how he can go underneath a stage and grab the ledge on the other side (you get disqualified from a match if you do this repeatedly with ANY character), some planking ([a sometimes MK specific] LGL keeps him from doing this all game), and recovery options that far outclass those of the rest of the cast. Out of those, the only thing that's really broken about him that the rules don't really deal with is his recovery. And you can't make a case for banning a character solely on him having a stupidly amazing recovery.

TL;DR MK is a very broken character for 9001 reasons not mentioned in that ~2 year old video, including but not limited to: ******** range, ******** speed, ******** kill moves, ******** priority, and ******** edgeguarding abilities.

Also, despite Akuma also being ******** in Street Fighter, I fail to see how that has anything at all to do with MK or Brawl.

So, Jaurice, instead of just posting random graphs or random videos (that may or may not be about MK or Brawl at all) and not actually saying anything, why do YOU think Meta Knight should be banned?

but to be fair, he did post that big table of numbers. honestly, that might be convincing enough. if that character won anymore than he does already, your community would have to be straight up deaf dumb and blind not to ban him. right now they're just dumb.

I was under the impression that going under the stage over and over again would be considered excessive stalling, but I guess that's just me then.

And as far as that table goes, it makes sense that the best character (sometimes 2 or more characters) in a fighting game would make the majority of the money (because said character will always have the most mains in a competitive environment). However, I will admit to not knowing what percent of the total money that, say, Akuma players make in SF, or Phoenix players make in MvC3, or even Fox/Falco players make in Melee, so I can't really say whether MK's percentage of money won is out of the ordinary compared to other best characters in their respective fighting games, although it is still a disgustingly high percentage by itself.

The reason I put the Akuma video up is because Akuma like mk was severely better than every other character in the game. But unlike our community, he was banned from the get go because they knew he was too good. There a many people who think banning a character is impossible. By having Akuma banned in street fighter it shows that its possible.

Me personally I want mk to be banned cause the evidence speaks for itself. Most of the top players realized that their original mains were trashed compared to mk, so they just pick mk. He's better on every counterpick. You used to use toon link alot, but you main mk now. Even though me and Smith argue alot, I honestly think he still holds the title of best tlink in nc. You just play mk now. I've never seen h1n1 pick mk before. He usually uses cg characters. Suddenly, he picks mk in teams against me and yogi and you both beat us. I'm willing to bet you that if you were tlink and h1n1 was any cg charcater (like d3, ic's or falco) you wouldn't have beat us. But since mk is the best character in doubles (and singles) you pick him and beat us. The sad part was that you weren't even outplaying us. Its just that mk makes everybody look good.

Its pretty much what Cam said. You would have to be dumb to ignore that graph.
