Alright, so there were issues with the hotfix, the weapons should be updated now on both PS3 and Xbox.
M16 is now a 2 shot kill up close, and has a faster fire rate. It's much much better now :D.

For the record, not everyone had problems with the hot fix. There were people who did indeed get the buffed weapons.
Excuses, excuses... besides, I would have gotten it eventually.

Also, the m16 apparently got a crazy good buff compared to the other guns. People are telling me it's better than the type now.
