Take off Bling and replace it with Slight of Hand Pro. You dont need the FMJ.
Id put stopping power on instead of CB. A class like that doesnt need stealth.
Ninja is for sneaking. I dont see the point of it on an assault class.

Actually I agree with this statement. An assault rifle like an M16 is meant to kick a** without being sneaky.

@day-day if you want a more stealthy setup then I would suggest something like this-

-UMP45 @Silencer
-Handgun of your choice @Silencer

-Semtax
-Stuns x2

-Marathon Pro
-Cold Blooded
-Ninja Pro

-Painkiller

It really is a godsend. If you are afraid that you are about to walk into a sniper nest, place your TI near the area so you can attack again if you get killed the first time.

I don't see any reason to not use Ninja.

I have it on every class except my sniper. It really is the best perk out there.

You are distracted by loud gun fire in the distant. You turn around at random, and see an enemy. With Steady Aim: Quickly push down trigger and get a kill.
With Ninja: Get boned by someone more prepared than you.

And this is why:

Commando- for knife h****
Steady Aim- not really necessary unless you're a sniper
Scrambler- worst perk in the game and should be avoided at all costs
Sit Rep- useless due to the fact that hardly anyone uses TIs or claymores, and the pro version is a pain in the a** to get
Last Stand- for scrubs

Scrambler is worse than eavesdrop. Nuff said. At least with eavesdrop, everyone doesn't know that you're near them...

Last stand pisses me off more in MW2 now...especially with the pro version...

Also, I try my hardest to play with friends instead of randoms. I don't like having teammates who go -20.

Hipfire is completely random. Doesn't mean you'll always get a kill in this situation. You should always aim down your sights, like Sgt. Folley told you. If they're behind you and they shoot, you should always be dead. If you're playing against a ten year old, you should spin around dropshot.

Same guy kills you 25 seconds later because you show up on his heartbeat while he's camping by B. You will always lose this battle because of Steady Aim.

Not saying it's a bad perk, it's the only other decent one in the third tier. Ninja Pro just outclasses it, easily.

Children. They all had that Child mindset.

I find it satisfying how I played that match, regardless if my team lost because of Care Package Glitch AC130, by 5 kills. I, myself, ended the game with 27 - 7 KD spread.

It was on Run Down and we started on Flag A side, Team Deathmatch. I had a simple class; UMP silenced, PP2000 silenced, Marathon, Lightweight, and Commando (all not pro as I have prestiged and was at level 17). I was doing dandy, and caught that a Care package glitch was being abused in the back side of C flag by the gas station. I threw up UAV, found that boy, shot him down and stole his care package for another UAV. I held it aside to wait for the current UAV to subside. I hid to the side and notice the guy running around to see if I was still there. Instincts told me to gun him down, and so I went after him. Just seconds before I killed him, he threw down another care package (I thought if you stole it, it would prevent them from continuing the glitch but I guess not). So then I used the other UAV to guess how much time I had to steal this next care package. Four guys were heading my way, and the package dropped - Chopper Gunner. I stole it, and got shot down. Well, with that, I brought back the game to an even score, but they were still abusing the glitch. I caught them again at flag C and I killed whoever was there and stole package, which was a Stealth Bomber. But, in the end, the glitch won as they got Harriers and an AC130 and won by 5 kills.

It makes me sad we lost, but I was MVP.:(:(:(

Ninja>Steady Aim

I'm a cold-blooded sniper/killer. My goal is to get in, kill you, and move on. You will never see me or hear me coming. And if you do, you will probably die.

This is my creed...

I should sleep...

I don't see a point for a longer hold breath given my play style. I tend to find my target, then ADS and fire quickly. If I need to hold my breath longer than that, I'm either doing something wrong, or my target is out of sight.

Different playstyles for different people I guess.

I found out today that I'm a really good spawn sniper in SnD.

Man this is fun.

I used to think so. Then I earned Sitrep Pro. and man it is amazing! I like to listen for footsteps so Sitrep Pro helps a ton. Plus you can see claymores which is great. I often scout for claymores and i'll warn a teammate if he's running toward one. If i'm solo, i can choose to fake out the claymore, shoot it through the wall or simply go around. It even points out C4s (which i'd NEVER notice otherwise), incoming grenades and Tactical Insertions which are so fun to mess around with

I combine Sitrep Pro with Claymores and Scavenger Pro. If the enemy is using Ninja, I lose my ability to hear any loud footsteps from them but they lose the ability to see my claymores :) so I win either way.

@ ~ZIO~: That's normal to lose with a score like that. Reminds me of the many times I went +20 in CoD4 and I lost because all my teammates went -5, -10, - 15 etc.

That's why my win/loss ratio sucks in CoD4 but is pretty good in MW2. (Cause I play with my friends most of the time, not with randoms)

Say, what do you guys think of this class that I made a while?

MG4 w/ Grip & T. Scope
AA-12 w/ Grip & FMJ
Flash grenade, Claymore
Bling, Stopping Power, Commando Pro

I found it to be absurdly good on most maps.

yeah, i find the only advantage to having an LMG over any other gun is the large magazine. SMGs and ARs are faster, and ARs and Snipers can hit farther.
so basically, just use an AR.

My win/loss ratio is at like, 0.30 because I'll quit a match if I get knifed, we're playing on Derail, there's a care package glitcher, a knifer, or anything like that.

SitRep Pro would be amazing if they kept it in first tier like bomb squad.

Sacrificing Ninja is something I really can't do. If Pro was 50, then yeah, it'd be just fine.

I had a amazing kill yesterday with my RPG/Danger Close class. On Rundown in a Domination match, a group started capturing Flag A. I chuck a RPG in there and get 4 kills. I was like "whoa!!!". So good.

Just went 14-2-0 on Wasteland :D
I love it, I stayed in the same place the entire match with my MG4 and killed the soldiers coming across the bridge.

But anyways,
what "green" perk do you guys use? Currently I use the one that increases knifing distance, but I feel like I could be using a better one. Thoughts?

Ninja/Commando Pro for me. Not taking fall damage is amazing. And silent footsteps are good too.

Depends on who you're playing against. Against good players who know how to listen out for footsteps, Ninja is pretty much a must. A lot of players use Heartbeat Sensors in Ground War, so I generally use Ninja there as well. But against nubs, Commando Pro is pretty cool, in the cases where Ninja isn't really necessary.

Hah, so I called and argued with the guy for like 45 minutes about them fixing my 360, he absolutely refused to do it for free, was fun stuff, lemme tell you.

I reallllllyyy need some Hardcore search right now, nothing just feels like as much fun.

I'm going back home this weekend, hopefully I can get a scope of when I can get a new 360 then lol :/.

Look on Craigslist. When my wii broke I found someone who had JUST a wii, no power adaptor, sensor bar, anything, and sold it to me for $70. Since my wii was broken, I kept the cables and used those.

If I were you, I would search on ebay or craigslist for an offer like that. At the very least, no hard drive.

Well, here's the thing.

I mean, i literally am out of money right now, I have no job, and while i could pick up a job, it would be a lot of work considering i'm in a college town, my ipod is dying as is right now so there's like absolutely no chance that my parents would be willing to pay for the replacement, although we'll see what they say when i head down there this weekend. It's not so much the fact that I have to buy one, but the fact that i'm a poor college kid that can't really afford this kinda stuff right now.

Edit:

I'm not trying to john my way out, just trying to explain my situation lol :p

If it means anything, I miss you ;P

Anyway, I think this is good for discussing. Reload-canceling. You all do this, no? If not, you're bad. Reload Canceling is extremely useful in some situations. So give me your take on it.
