Yeah, we decided scummy people shoot scummy people, but a person chosen as shooter who shoots their top scum pick is abiding by that, and their top scum pick is probably also a town scum pick (although maybe not the town collective's first choice) so it all should work out.

If they express no suspicions of someone then get elected shooter then bam shoot someone random, a clear or a semi-clear, THAT is when we have a problem.

I forgot Sworddancer is in the game. Currently I think we might want to wait with making decisions on shooting already before him, Seph and Summoner have talked more. Two of them are among the main suspects and have openly been talked about as good shots / shooters and yet we completely disregard their own opinions on the issues at the moment.

Kuz, if town forced me to shoot but gave me the green light on who to daykill, I'd probably go with Luxor, Summoner coming in second. I might want you shot later but I don't think you're going toDay.

So I'm reading through the recent surge of activity and I'm gonna just point out things I find relevant.

About Seph:

I noticed some people (Gheb, Ryker) want Seph to shoot. I, however, cannot agree with this. The only points one might have against Seph at this point is you disagree with his logic about voting as well as who was scum early on. Other then that, he's simply been v/la for forever and a day. Definitely feel like we need more from him before we make calls on him.

Make post -> rebut -> coast, coast, coast, coast -> make post/rebut someone -> more rebutting -> coast coast -> rebut

Add some occasional namedropping in there and you basically have Kuz's play so far.

Of course, rebutting is perfectly naturally, but it's practically the only thing Kuz had been doing when he posts. At that point, it becomes scummy.

Also Kuz I still want you're thoughts on Ran.

I also want your thoughts on July now if that would be alright.

Ran I do think you are getting crazy tunneled vision. Just because someone defends one of your scumpicks, or someone disagrees with you, it does not make them scummy. I want you to take a step back and really examine the situation, and not to just straight dive into your first instinct, which I honestly think you're doing.

If you flip town, then I do have some faith in your reads on Kuz as well as my own from the beginning of YesterDay and Kuz becomes possible scum again. (Not saying he's impossible right now, but less so to the extent that I would not have him as the pick of the day).

My only scum pick at the time was Kuz, due to his unusually instigative nature towads the beginning of the Day. I'm not very good at Day 1 reads, so he was the only one on the list then.

I never voluteered to shoot, people have volunteered me to shoot. If that helps them clear me, I have no problems with that. Would you prefer for me to fight against it and resist shooting, therefore casting more suspicion on myself?

You brought up some good points. Seph should not and will not be made shooter/shootee until we hear from him; as long as he has input and reads toDay that are reasonable he should be fine. He's just very, very null right now so we need info from him, and the Day 1 conversation about how he was obvtown Day 1 was weird. He does need to be considered.

Also, a lot of people are aggravated with Ran but I still feel have a pretty town read of him. What he is doing with Kuz reminds me of how I acted in Rusty Guillotine with J, I really thought he was scum so I just kept pushing. Also, the fact that he is not backing off Kuz even though he knows it could get him shot would be a really dumb move for scum who wants to survive.
