Lol, yea watching you guys play brought back so many good memories and fun times, I miss that stuff. Also seeing you guys play on that level really intrigued me. I'm still gonna see how brawl plays out though, don't laugh! But I also want to pick melee back up, but I might have to drop some other fighting games though lol.

Lol @ G. Vice I don't know about that yet, man i'm almost two years out of practice, I gotta catch up to the game. I will need a solid week to get my game back up though, not a week's time lol. I'm bringing my Mario back out of retirement too, I don't know about DK yet though, but Samus most def cause Iori remembered our match, so I gotta get her ready first! it wouldn't take too much time to do, but I've lately been focused on either playing the game or school or my favorite pastime sleeping. I'm going home this weekend though, so good progress should be made.


last night for example, instead of working on the vids I spent two hours playing falco against a level 1 fox. somewhere along the way, I learned the timing for shine aerial shield pressure. but I know you guys want your videos :\ they'll get done.

does anyone know why armada would spam fc fair shield so much? it gets him grabbed like crazy.

he's obviously spent a lot of time evaluating each of peach's moves. is this really her best approach from a neutral position? it leaves me confused as to how good peach even is. maybe she should remain defensive and he's only getting away with it (relatively) because one of his hits often turns into 40+ damage...

He's abusing probability. He knows that peach can't be comboed that heavily out of a grab, but he knows he can combo heavily out of a fair. He'd rather take the chance of getting the hit and perhaps getting slightly burned then never taking it. The odds aren't that good for him but the stakes aren't that high either.

Peach's fc fair has so much shield stun that she can't be grabbed out of it. It's a fairly safe option.

he's not using it as shield pressure. it's being thrown out there in neutral positions like falcon's nair.
