I live in the town where the Motel 6 is located and have access to a van with space for 7 to 11 passengers. Id need some type of compensation for gas though, but only a $1 per person one way. So if you'd need to go to Apex and back 3 days it would be like $6 bucks altogether.

Most hotels don't charge until you get there and as long as you cancel days before you usually don't get charged depending on hotel

Well, thus far i'm alone in my travel because i'm the only one who got their arse sorted, but i plan on staying with other people on the boards if uk people dont turn up. But ill be arriving on wednesday 4th, and leaving tuesday 10th

No they are not as close. That hyatt is the only hotel reasonable walking distance from the venue though

Motel 6 is decent but it doesn't matter to me on a trip like this since the only time spent in the room will be to sleep or shower

I'd personally rather pay an additonal 20 bucks for the weekend and 55 a night for cabs to and from than spend 140+ a night. Maybe if the entire hotel was guaranteed smashers like the genesis 2 place but since it isn't...nah

But like I said smashers still staying there so its not like no one will be there
