I want to record some matches hopefully with commentary, or stream it is also possible, but someone would have to bring recording equipment.

And people who are coming please bring setups. People always complain about always finishing late, a problem avoided by bringing more setups. (also doing less friendlies etc.) thanks.

With brawl and melee being conducted at the same time, how does the schedule look at this point?

Hbox is actually sleeping right now, but the way its looking is melee and brawl doubles starting at 12:30 or so. So I hope people are more or less done arriving by 12. Then once doubles are done move onto singles. We'll probably be using both floors to lower the people to space ratio and put some friendly tvs upstairs so the tourneys can run more smoothly. We'll do lunch after doubles most likely. And then we'll all eat cake during or after singles.

We're thinking hot chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream.

Looks like its going to be fun. Once again if anyone has a recording setup please bring it.

Before the event is fine. The earlier the easier it is for us. But as long as its before we set up brackets its all good. -captaincrunch
