Pretty much.
MvC2 is the most unbalanced game i've ever seen.
Next to Tekken 5(So uhh..why does some of the characters have unescapable combos that do up to like 80% damage?).

Brawl is far from balanced(since everything in the game is so simple to do. Makes the balance line a lot more blurry) and melee is even farther from balanced.

If you want to look at balanced game, check out Guilty Gear. Its about the most balance you'll get in a fighting game these days. Virtual Fighter is pretty balanced somewhat as well.

But he is closer to the high tiers than Roll will ever be.

I always liked the fat cactus with a sombrero, and the alien with one big eye and like 8 tentacles. I've never seen or heard them before or since that game but they were pretty fun to play with.

Didn't that game have powerups in matches that rivalled that of a final smash in brawl?
