In case this will ultimately affect how people will vote.
If in the event there are ties for the lesser nominated videos that will result in me having over 15 videos. All the tied videos will be removed from the voting phase.
So for instance if IKM3 which has 1 vote ties with all the other 5 or so videos ALL of them will be eliminated from the voting phase. Which will result in less than 15 videos.
The maximum that will be included in the voting phase is 15, there may be less than that though.

You can re-tract your votes in the future if you see a combo video you'd rather vote for.
Granted some probably won't due to lazyness/a feeling of acceptance to the videos they've already voted on/not wanting to take away from a video they've already voted on.
