In Australia, all restaurants need to be able to provide someone water, free of charge, if they ask for free water
This includes mcdonalds.
When they added that law, many-a-tv-comedian-troll would waste the time and energy of all for just that free water.
America:
Where if you're dying from dehydration, the average person (you know, after that crisis thing, I'm pretty sure 99% of americans can't even afford clothes and walk around naked [leaves cost too much]) can't afford to go to a hospital, doctor and would have to give up food for their family for a week to be "cured" by McDonalds.
(Totally true story)
And yes, I've asked random cafes and whatever places if I could have some water.
I'm sure with this new found information, Mike will be moving to Aussieland in no time at all. And also all the other cool kids will too. Mass-exodus imo.. I don't think it would take them 40 years to walk here, at least. But it would take a while either way (Through Alaska -> Siberia -> Down China -> Look to the left to see Japan (oh **** it will take them 40 years, CRAP), YOU WEEABOOS -> Jump between islands like oldschool aborigines (from 40-50k years ago) before getting to Australia.
GO NOW, BY THE TIME YOU GET HERE, AUSTRALIA MAY BE BETTER THAN YOU AT BRAWL.
