Anyway, thai food is amazing.
Pretty much a lot of their food is chilli based,
that for one is the first step to being super amazing,
and really, ****'s amazing.

Secondly, a lot of it is [stir] fried at really really high heats.
This includes fried chicken, beef, seafood, tofu (now **** guys, I hate tofu, but thai food makes tofu taste like **** on my tongue).

I pretty much get the same thai dish everytime.

Chilli Basil Flat Noodles. **** is so amazing that last time I won big at a tournament (money that shoulda lasted me for a while) I ended up blowing it all on having thai food like every night for dinner (sometimes for lunch too) until I was broke, on this one dish.

Did I mention that this **** is REALLY cheap in comparison to chinese food?
And when I was in the states it was even CHEAPER (probably because places that cook it want people to eat more of it). ABUSE THIS LACK OF PROFIT MARGIN NOW.

I don't know if I said this, but,
When I have smashers, friends, family, or queens of European Countries over and the question of "what should we eat"
it's either PIZZA (well, can't hate on pizza, ****'s pretty top tier)
if people don't feel like pizza (sick sad freaks imo) the general toss up of other things often includes chinese food.
However, I don't think in my entire life of existence past the age of 16 have the options "Chinese" and "Thai" been together where chinese won out.

With all my culinary (am I thinking the right word here?) experience, an Australian brand of "mexican" salsa is one of the best in the world. I travel up north to buy in bulk from time to time and destroy my body eating it by the truckloads.
