im realllly upset with this tournament

not about how it was run (was run fantastically)

not about the fun level (was great fun)

not about how i placed

but about how marth did in general

neo's our best. he lost to legit people, but they were both matches hes capable of winning as a PLAYER. this may have been a slap in the face screaming "**** marth". it wasn't even MK that took the marths down this tournament, there really werent that many of them (i think neo had to face dphat's mk in bracket but that was it, kadaj lost in mk dittos too).

not to mention, TWO mk's placed and didnt even win. basically shutting down any chance mk had of being banned and also marth's chance of ever being a semi-consistent tournament winner

Yea ally did deal a blow to the "ban MK" ppl, but a character almost as broken as MK beating MK is hardly the basis of a good argument that MK himself should not be banned. By that logic, we are all expected to pick up snake despite the fact that not all of us have the potential to use him effectively (some people are just naturally better with some characters, not to say you cant learn).

Nah we cant ban any characters. A lot of the reason us Marths want characters banned is to make it easier for us. (Or make Marth viable... freaking Metaknight...)

However theres SOOO much dumb **** in this game, you gotta ban way too much to make Marth a great character.

Dedede is literally the biggest piece of **** I ever witnessed in my life... Metaknight is the smallest.
