Its likely cause you need more experience, or need to relook info about the matchup. It also depends on whos using the characters, and how well they know the Marth Matchup.

i got a DS from Havok <3 in the US and bought platinum there.
Gold/Silver was still the best ever.
I'm just mooooving around crap atm, finished league, found out I needed to see all 210 pokemon, did that, haven't got the national dex because I want to get as many of those 210 pokemanz first..
got a team of level 60s,
Alakazam, Infernape, Gyarados, [GEKI!]Gengar,Scizor, Heatran (NO, NOT REALLY, ****** TOURNEY ******S)
Competitive pokemon depresses me.
I honestly don't know what I want/like though;

Dot connectors in the hitbox aren't literal straight lines, they're all ARCS.
Purple is tipper.
Some of the arcs are weird, Tipper dot2 to the dot on the hilt curves 'kinda' inwards, then curves back out as it approaches the hilt... it sounds stupid... but thats... kinda how... it worked.
Cape hitbox ftw.

The pen tool in general should have the features you need to curve the paths you make. Unfortunately I don't have PS anymore and can't recall the specifics of what you should do...
