Hey dude, long time no speak! I see you've been doing well for yourself! Very proud of you and your accomplishments.

Okay, paypay, I just got back from WinterGameFest and I we must discuss.

I feel uncomfortable against characters who FIEND for the grab against me. People have figured out that if they bait me into landing, they'll get a free grab. What do you do in a sort of defense when people are really grab heavy? Like Falcons, Shreks, and Marfs. I find that in the neutral game, as long as they aren't grabbing, I pretty much dominate, but as soon as they fish for the grab, their spacing becomes 10x better. It seems to be something people don't do intentionally, but I find that they pay more attention when they're specifically trying to get the grab, and when they pay more attention, they see what I'm doing.

Also, in the Falcon matchup, what do you generally do in the neutral game when he platform camps? I find that I will shoot a laser while I'm under the opposite platform to cover options, but then he always finds a way to get an opening and then do a SH uair off of the platform.

Another thing, what are your tendencies out of shield when a Marth or a Falcon space really well? I'm having trouble exerting my options other that WD OoS, and even then, they catch on. Generally the Falcon will Nair over my lasers (unless I'm popping them high; then they start fishing for grabs) and when he lands, he immediately is able to space enough to where I can't shine, dair, nair, etc OoS

Against Shrek, same thing. Shreks have been bairing over my shield, and I can't really follow up most of the time.

Against Marf, he always seems to be out of my range when I'm in shield, but in his own range to punish my jump/stepdodge/roll/shine/laser out of shield.

I'm thinking maybe I should wavedash out of shield away from him, but I don't think that resetting to neutral is always the best option. I want better punishes out of shield, I guess.

Against Fox, do you have any suggestions on what to do defensively? I've been trying to predict where he will go, but the rate at which foxes pressure shields and punish, even the only decent players, is too much for me.
