First off, a minor detail. We're critical on you because we root for ya man. We want everyone to improve, whether or not they're good to begin with. Everyone wants everyone to do well, that's simple fact.
Now that that's out of the way:
I think there is a misunderstanding on both sides. Both from you to us, and from us to you. If I had to absolutely pinpoint this discrepancy of understanding, it would be here in your post.

We do not understand why you think we don't do anything ourselves, though. We do a lot to try to fine tune and perfect Link's tactics and metagame and such; and to be quite honest, we have advanced it quite a bit, without you, without Ark (obviously), without Deva.
You claim we don't produce, but we do. Believe it or not, we are *not* focused on you as intently you think we are. And, if you do not think that, then I should point out that the context of how you repsond to us is very strange should that not be the case.
It's not about comparing to you, or Deva, or to anyone. It's also not about youtube vids. It's about exactly what you said, improving ourselves.
We need to stop thinking of this as terms of who-is-better-than-who, but rather, in terms of what-can-we-do-to-excel-Link. That catch here, is that I'm sure you are already on that mindset, but the catch to the catch is that you do not display any cognition of us also being on that mindset, when we are.
Now to the second refutation.

Ahh, well, you see, this is quite the example. I *do* understand what your stance is. And while this may not be the same aspect in any way, do you know how frustrating it is to attempt to excel Link where I live? I've been to the larger Smash scenes, and I know what it's like. And I have direct, first person expirence of the contrast between there, and here in ND. Yet, despite this, I still put forth the largest effort *just as you do*. I cannot stress that point enough, I understand your frustration, . And not just I, but we. However, are you sure you recognize our stance?
As for the random people watch the youtube vids, well, we all have to deal with that, lol. But you know that already, so why bother mentioning it? Ah, I know, the human need to "get-things-off-one's-chest." It's cool, everyone does that. But I won't go into the youtube criting any more than that, since we don't need to.
So, I'm concluding with this. We do not dislike you. We do not cling to your leg like a child desparate for sustenance. But at the same time, we wish you were more involved with us. In this, we are all but separate twigs that compose Link's metagame. Separate, we are frail, every one of us; you, I, Deva, Shin, Sook, etc. But together, we are strong and can advance Link even further. It's not a matter of anything else other than that, and to be quite honest, the rest of us have a ton of lulz hanging out. And it's not like you have to be like us, without a life and always in the chat, lol, but if you were simply just more active, can you imagine how much better Link's metagame for everyone, including you, could be?
