I find it kinda funny that as soon as Nintendo stopped giving Kirby angry eyes on English box arts in response to fan mockery, fans started to take and push the "Kirby is a badass" idea completely seriously

Remember when RTV actually played reality shows?
If a beat-em-up character got in Smash, I'd hope their stage has 3D as its gimmick. Hell for tap jump players and would probably require some moves to have their hitboxes reworked, but still a fun gimmick
I'm not a retributor, I'd usually have a staunch moral opposition to as much as giving as a £20 fine to my worst enemy, but god damn I hope the person who came up with the idea of distinguishing Japanese cartoons as "anime" is punished gravely for it.

"It's just a kids show!" isn't a valid argument to dismiss something's quality, but there are completely valid uses for it - for example "Why didn't Steven Universe murder his mother?" or "Why does the Pikachu movie have fart jokes?"
Not to mention that a lot of people who criticise the "just a kids' show" argument tend to also use the exact same mentality when people want to discuss preschool shows (that aren't about British trains or Australian dogs), even in a non-critical lens.
So, how much is the Ms. Pac-Man fee? I can understand the Ms. Pac-Man game being too much to pay for in Museum+, but the character?

I feel that if I was in charge of a Shredder's Revenge esque Simpsons Arcade sequel, I'd have the 3 extra playable characters be Flanders, Krusty, and Maggie (possibly in a pram, even though she's never been in one in canon to my knowledge). Itchy and Scratchy as another character if there's enough dev time for a fourth. I'd personally make Sideshow Bob the main villain, but Kang & Kodos or Hank Scorpio could work too (and either way Hank would be a boss at least, though I feel Kang & Kodos would be final boss or bust, maybe Bob appears to be the main villain but then Kang & Kodos usurp him at the last minute)

Two of Jimmy's alts are the cat/dog in his hair - you don't need to replace this taunt (I'd be happy for Jimmy T/P to get a second up taunt just for that costume, and just having the animal do some kind of extra animation would be fine too - I'm sure you can come up with your own workarounds...

We need more games where driving a car or riding an animal is just an alternate skin for walking. The jankier it looks, the better.

I feel the reason the Ms. Pac-Man replacement has a weird face is because they don't want to imply Pac-Man is inbreeding, but they kinda shot themselves in the foot on that regard by naming her "Pac-Mom".
My least favourite aspect of gaming is the escapist "be who you wish you were" element. I don't exactly see much appeal in a straight-on badass hero, and while such characters existing in their own right is cool, I really dislike how both marketing and fan communites will build up characters who are clearly not meant to be seen in that light as such, even as someone who greatly prefers having creative liberties taken in fan works and localisation. cough*crash*cough*wario*cough*kirby*cough
I predicted a Pac-Man World remake (by a technicality) and Hugh in NASB (by a technicality) so uhh... yep. I'd exploit this power if I knew what to use it on.

I don't get why we're still paying £30 for compilations of 4 Mega Drive games. By now we should be able to get 40 PS2 games for that price.
live action 2000s gross out movies with red bold text logos and fat suits (Norbit, Big Momma's House, the bad half of Osmosis Jones) make me uncomfortable - but not in the way they're supposed to, like instead of "ew, that's gross!" I get more of a "I'm not supposed to be watching this" vibe - and when I say that I don't mean "im a babby get the blood and **** words away from me" and more "this footage should not legally be allowed to be distributed".

Crash 2 and 3 are weird games because, if this makes sense, they feel like they don't realise how good they are. Like, the core gameplay of Crash is so good, but 2 and 3 are filled with so many needless bells and whistles that do nothing but bog down the gameplay (collectables, powerups, vehicles, e.t.c.) and feel like they were put in to compensate for something or other. I get the vibe Naughty Dog were embarassed by putting out a game as (seemingly) simple and primative as Crash when the likes of Banjo-Kazooie and Ape Escape were coming out and wanted to try to "compete" with these completely different games. -
