I thought of a fun forum game I could do after Smash from Scratch - Moveset contests! Basically, this thread would update weekly like Ultimate Game Collection with a prompt for a new fighter ("submit an rpg character", for example). Participants would then make a moveset based around the prompt, with the end of the week holding a voting session for the best set while presenting the next prompt.

I don't think it'd be as popular as your standard creation thread, but it'd be fun to do and work better with my current schedule than running another full-fledged creation thread.

Fun little concept I thought of for Luigi - Forward tilt has him pull out the Strobulb and quickly flash it as a paralyzing move. Would have low damage/knockback, but would be great for setting up grabs.

I probably wouldn't implement this unless tilts got custom moves or we were going full Luigi's Mansion with his moveset (which is an approach I wouldn't take, admitedly), but I think it'd be a cool tool for him to have.

Going off a conversation in the Unpopular Smash Opinions thread, I think I'd make a Smash set for Dr. Cortex lean more into the pitiful, almost pathetic nature of the character, as that's what makes him stand out among gaming's trove of evil scientists. Give him a panicked rapid jab where he desperately flails his arms at the target, have his dash attack him tripping over and hitting people with his noggin, that sort of thing.

Of course he'd have his inventions, but you really need Cortex's personality to get involved to truly capture the character.
