I'd be more okay with mobile game ads if they just let you click the X and didn't do that whole thing where you watch the video, click the X, and then it bring up an app store popup, then it shows the app icon with yet another timed X button, and then you can finally close the ad.

I think if it was to go in a COGH direction, Smash should add characters that were at least somewhat popular in their debut but not popular today. Not even just the recent ones, I'm talking about like the ones from every console generation as a way to show off what all of the gaming landscape was like throughout the ages instead of just the greatest hits.

What if after the next Smash game gets released Smash Ultimate got updated to add that game's fighters? It won't happen for various reasons from marketing to development but it's interesting to think about.

List of a bunch of concepts for random "development troubles" in a creation thread that will randomly happen. These assume a game that is an alternate version or sequel of Smash Ultimate.
- A third party company got cold feet! Reskin all of the content of a random franchise to something else.
- Research says this character is way more popular than we anticipated! Turn a random Mii costume/Assist/Spirit into a fighter.
- Coding this character is really hard! Turn them into an echo of another character.
- Marketing says that we need to shake things up! Add a new mechanic in the middle of development.
- A miscommunication occurred! The lowest voted submission gets in.
- We need a big roster! Create X echoes for the characters we have.
- A third party company just approached us with a really good deal! Reskin some amount of first party content to a third party franchise.
- Research says fighter gimmicks are good for marketing! Add a gimmick to a gimmick-less fighter.
- (After a job similar to the commercial job that Ultimate did where 2 celebrities were chosen that lead to them doing a commercial with Kermit and Obama) One of the celebrities for our commercial backed out of the deal, but our script is already written! Choose a new celebrity to replace them while keeping the script.

There should be a game where you play as a bunch of fake internet game reviewers and you physically fight fake bad video game characters with attacks that look like bad special effects.

There's a Terraria forum that uses the same software Smashboards uses but their censoring just replaces the swear word with a picture of the main developer of Terraria's face. We should do something like that.

New game that some people are calling a "Smash Clone" but when you look into what it is you find out that it's just a ROM of Super Smash Bros Ultimate and a Switch Emulator being sold on Steam under a completely different name
Smash can't have obscure characters in the roster technically cause then all of the Smash fanbase would know of them and they wouldn't be obscure anymore.
Pokemon fans will see a pink cat with a bow on it or something and say "Heh heh heh! The internet will have a G O O D T I M E with this." and then Digimon will have a mon that is straight up just a giant human woman.

I think it's really funny whenever some puts specifically Min-Min in a non-Smash Nintendo crossover roster like Mario Kart Crossroads or whatever. Like, she's not the main character, let someone else have the spotlight.

I still think Daikatana getting a Game Boy Color "port" that is basically a new game and also widely considered to be a lot better than the original version after it was hyped up for so long is really funny.
Pizza Tower mods be like:
- Scrapped levels being restored.
- Strongcold with barely anything changed and/or R-R-Freezerator mechanics thrown in.
- No new enemies or mechanics. Just either ones from the already existing levels or scrapped ones.
- Youtube channel that uploads all the music.
- Playable Vigilante, Pepperman, Snick, Gustavo and Brick, Fake Peppino, Mr. Stick, Pizzahead, Snotty, Gerome, Anton, Wario, and That One Forknight that messed up a lot of John Gutter P-Ranks. (All planned. None finished. Except for all of the escape themes.)
