This will mean we will have to put our differences aside for falcon's meta game development.

You called me a jerk the other day, wich was called for, but I do not understand why you had to mention my play style, as we both know you are a good player, but you can't deny my falcon isn't bad, too.

I know my history of threads on the board has caused a certain disliking from you towards me, wich I guess, is called for, but you must understand it was never my intention to 'pollute' the board or anything along that line.

I have only posted like..3 theads(?) this month, so in that aspect, we should be good.

I am not going to lie, as I do not like you either, but we can just discuss matters wich have to with falcon's metagame in a normal manner, in the group I am asking you to be a part of.

I also heard you wanted to start a new backroom without me. If you still want this, simply tell me you do not want to be a part of the Falcon backroomV2.0, and start your own group, next to the one I will create.

Hey there dude, I know you were burned from Wugwan Breda changing to Melee only, but it seems like the GTA Brawl community is stepping up to the plate in order to deliver a Brawl tournament the same day in a venue that is a 10 minute drive from the Wugwan Breda venue.

Thanks again that give me more confidence and really means a lot to me to get good critism from a good tournament player, I lurked smashboards a lot but thought I was too bad to really be posting anything worth anyone's time. Lately I played some guy's Ness and got completely destroyed, only won like 3 times out of 10 or more games with my Falcon (Shaky, he frequent the Ness board) and that really didn't help my moral and self esteem (is Falcon really THAT bad? And is Ness just a particularly though matchup?)

Yeah I can't seem to impliment all this autocancel dair/knee stuff smoothly in my game, when I do it it's usualy forced into it because I'm like 'oh yeah I didn't do this since a while let's try it' wich really isn't the best thing I think.

I'll follow your advice on the pawnch and let it out of serious games. But I wonder, were you trying (leaving all the 'online suck' aside) in some of these games? it made me feel good to nearly go even with a great Falcon player but if you weren't playing at full capacity in any of these games well T_T

Oh and rolling is really hard to get rid of, REALLY, I've been working on this but it's just... gah just can't... I'd need to just break my L button or something

and yes I read that post of yours. I use it sometimes too, but with the lack of priority, I still think its kinda risky.
But you are right, it is a great setup for several things.

But I dissagree on the range though, it has quite good range imo.

alright. So I was trying out some things in training mode, and it seems (or is already known or disproven, I'm not sure) that when you use the first hit of the Nair in a fast fall at the very last possible moment that it still hits the opponent, you regain control over falcon faster than after a jab.

With this, I thought a FF first hit of the Nair>up b might be possible.

This does 21% damage, and if it is a real combo, it would be good, as the first hit of the Nair has set knockback, this would work at any percent, if it works.

What do you think about this?

yes I agree, while testing this, I also thought that the lag wasn't THAT bad after all. But still, less alg is always good.

I have done some testing, as I found the thing you said about not beeing able to L cancel frustrating (I know its been known for quite awhile now) so I went into training mode, and started to test if 'L' wasn't the only way to cancel.
so I knee'd>endured lag and started mashing buttons like crazy, to see if I could see a difference in the lag.
I did this alot of times, and to my amazement sometimes it really looked like the lag time reduced.

This may be just my imagination, but could this be something to look into?
