  • yeah I know, prolly cause I was Sonic and putting in too many button inputs >.<

For characters like Marth, they're just going to space you and manipulate where you move. SHAD is one of your better approaches in that match-up. Shiek can be gay with Ftilt, needles, and Bair. You should approach with AC knee in that match-up and learn to SDI out of barrages of Ftilts.

    Another time...
use the C-stick first then almost immediately FF with the control stick for FF Uair, make sure it's at you peak height.

Single Nair runs pretty much the same way but you need a bit more airtime.

Also I'm starting up BRawl, tell me when your ready for some matches
it'll be good training for you then.

I'll be busting out A LOT of characters.......... so be ready
    alright cool

do we already have eachother added? something tells me we do, but I'm not sure
I read and saw the post (I'm fast like that)

Gotta love the blackmail (do it because of the frame data!)

    rofl
    lmao, thats fine.

I'm waiting for the researchers to say something cocky.

Theres only 1 that seems to be debating against us, more then 2 posts.... lol
Post it in the DI thread? I will if you don't xD considering with the current definition all of us (including my old posts) are incorrect and we are all fools. :/

I mean, with how people are using it..... its a +1 post count to just vote <.< lol
I was speaking of when you're talking specifically of the current correct* definition. It would just be a way to seperate the two halfs of the Street definition, so you could take about one specifically.

I saw that it may be helpful to do so, and I'm not voting in my old blog.

Also, try to get people to vote in this, it's importante. lol

    "Definition of DI" - Thread

Ding ding ding, more guides spreading the wrong* information.

*Only to the Researchers, and 1-3 others, it seems like
It's still a good topic, but his nitpicking was uncalled for. Majority rules, thats just how it works.

I created a thread to vote for the definition of DI, tell me if I should fix the "Street" definition.

I refer to DI as the moment of "true" DI, and every frame until knockback subsides. With that, proper DI isn't just "hold Left for X Move" but "Hold Left for X move, hold slightly up and back towards stage, use y move and fastfall (if it applies), and if you have it use Z move after."

All they need to do, is leave DI how the 'street' uses it, and just add "True" in front of DI to refer to as the moment of "DI" as they see it.

How ****ing hard is it to just add the word true to something?
I think the Researchers are running out of argument room.

"oh****, we're expecting something of "Average players" that even our Pro's cant grasp D:"

Also, mind telling me what you think of my argument so far? I plan to do a major overhaul and find more 'good and respected' players then just OS.
I play offline as well just not VERY good players. I don't play C stick mashers or thunder/laser spammers etc either, just not amazing players. I always go all out offline though and very rarely lose a match unless I give it by choice. I have yet to play the better variety of players offline though, the only times I felt outmatched skill wise was online, I could feel that even behind that button lag I was beaten.
    ohhhhhhhhhh................

    o.k I see.........

lemme guess you play Online Falcon ditto's for the majority of your matches right? You just need match-up experience, go to offline tournaments/smashfests so you can become better match-up-wise, because you live in quebec I KNOW there's a competitive smash scene there so go to regional zones on the boards, click canada and find the montreal thread or make your own thread to find people. Seriously you have to stop playing online and start playing offline to start getting good, playing a good Falcon is all about reaction time in most cases so online doesn't help much
yeah I think the last two matches I went all out......kinda no doubt that you have the potential to beat me, it's just going to take some time and effort

also you live in Canada right? where exactly is your location? I know i met up with Banana trooper at LBT randomly so it would be nice to know where a good Falcon main can be that's kinda close to me

i'm in the Niagara region, you should go to tournaments man you'll ****
    nice Falcon

not to john but online is a joke.............in the future don't use Falcon Punch unless your playing online.

your use of Falcon dive was down right sex, sometimes I didn't even see it coming which is really good

In our matches I wanted to test how you responded to certain situations, here is my analysis: you are good........VERY good but you rolled a bit too much (I even caught you with a PWG while you were rolling >_>) so try to do dashes to get out of situations, most people roll TO their opponent because they want to dodge an attack then counter, you didn't. You rolled away from me for the majority of the time which is the safest option but it leads to predictability. Also your Moral is low, like in some matches where I ***** your first stock in like 5 seconds you seemed to suck a lot more, and when I (no john intended) gave you a three stock you seemed to be playing better. From this pattern I would suggest that you learn to suppress your emotions while playing and try to play your best at all times. If your opponent is having a pace advantage over you, you seem to again become worse then you are.

work on less Falcon Punches (assuming your intending to play offline brawl) more shield grabbing and your aerial game (like SHFF Uair, Bair, and Nair)

GG's one of the better Falcon's *coughbetterthanrebazsonlinefalconcough*
    it isn't a problem.
Just wanted to let you know I didn't not respond back because I'm an ***.
I just read the message you wanted to send me, but you posted it on your own profile, thats why I didn't respond yet.
Thanks I'm flattered lol, I'm glad to get constructive critics from a better Falcon.

    I need to work on not getting pawnched too -_- you're a really good Falcon Puncher, all those early kills really pay off, you also got some amazing jab stuff with short hop dair, I want that too ;_;

I do a lot of dair when I actualy want to use uair or knee ledge hop'd, also need to try not to take too much risks, as you can see I SD a lot... bah

if you got any more advices I'll take them,

I'll work working on my stuff and we can play again after a while to see if I improved
your falcon is pretty good man ^_^
you are far from bad, really.

your use of up b amazed me, very good job ^_^
just try to implement more Dairs to your game, and keep playing, and you'll be one of the better falcon's ^_^
no need for pm's, I got your message man ^_^
and alright, I'll get back to you when I am ready

sorry for the inconvinience, and thanks for waiting
I look forward to brawling you
I'm sorry, but I can't play right now
I could play you tommorrow or maybe in 40-60 mins

    sorry..
I would really like to play you ^_^
