Another DriDim headcanon idea:

Mickey Mouse and Friends is a super popular request for DriDim. But five other Disney franchises got in before it did being Finding Nemo as a mini season and The Muppets, The Nightmare Before Christmas, The Simpsons and Cars as main seasons. This is due to Disney being stingy with Mickey Mouse in a crossover racer like they are with him in all crossovers outside of Disney bar Smash with Kingdom Hearts.

In an alternate universe, I imagine that there is another forum site dedicated to Drifting Dimensions called DriftBoards. I wonder how many support threads there would be for every franchise given Firepetal Entertainment has the ability to get any IP into the game.

Given this in mind, there would be THOUSANDS of support threads. Which support threads would you make for Drifting Dimensions?

I really kind of wish I saved the Hasbro Board Games season for the newest DriDim main season job. I also kind of considered doing Disney Parks when darkvortex retracted his submission.

But, a USA season is just TOO creative and funny. So much potential for tracks given it’s a super track heavy season. Ohio track come forth.

New creation thread by me. This is an idea I had in my head for a long while. I like alternate realities so check this one out if you are into the somewhat niche entertainment brands receiving platform fighters!

Drifting Dimensions headcanon time:

Given the most recent job involved us having a toy line for the game, I have a few ideas for Drifting Dimensions toys.

• There would be an online ballet involving which vehicles and races people wanted to see as toys.
• The big sellers would be the Wacky Races vehicles and even stuff like the Breaking Bad RV and the Simpsons couch.
• Later down the line, there would be vehicles where you could swap out the racers and such.
• Playsets would be made based on tracks where all vehicles are compatible.

I feel there should be a line for just the vehicles but...it would cost a fortune to make EVERY vehicle in the game and same with the racers and their skins so yeah, just the ones the fans want.

I know I already said this in the PBS Kids: Brawltime! thread but...my co-thread runner Pop is officially taking leave from helping me run the thread on the 30th due to other life obligations. I really want to complete this project so I am hoping for more thread participation as well as someone to help me run the thread. Please PM me if you are interested.

Also, thank you Pop for all your contributions to the thread and for inspiring me to keep PBS Kids: Brawltime! alive.

Out of curiosity…similar to what Wario Wario Wario said for an idea for a RTC thread for a Disney platform fighter…if you got 100 nominations for a RTC thread for Drifting Dimensions in terms of what franchises would have the highest chances of joining or whatever, what would you put your nominations on?

I want to give BowserKing credit for this but would anyone want a potential mini creation thread involving a fighting game/platfighter involving production logo characters? It’s a niche topic and there’s a sub group of people on the internet that like it but it seems like an interesting idea.

For the current DriDim job, I wanted to submit Club Penguin but I wanted to go for an iconic web series since we do not currently have a web series yet to recieve a season in Driting Dimensions.

To be fair, for the most recent DriDim job, there’s lots of other good ideas I could’ve done but I feel WildBrain would work perfect for this due to most of their IPs not having enough content to make a full season but..

I was considering a PBS Kids season but a lot of their shows are owned by other IP holders.

HiT Entertainment would make a great season too but Bob the Builder would work great as it’s own season.

I feel like since everyone has done a wishlist for DriDim franchises, how about for prompts for seasons/mini-seasons?

Here's my wishlist for season prompt-themes:

1. A season/mini-season based around franchise that debuted in the 80s
2. A season based around a franchise that started as a book
3. A season based around one whole company and not exclusively one IP from them
4. A season/mini season based around a musical
5. A season based around a franchise that did not debut in the US, UK or Japan
6. A season/mini-season based on an RPG/JRPG franchise
7. A season based on a video game franchise not owned by Nintendo, Microsoft or Sony
8. A season based around an obscure franchise
9. A season/mini-season based around a board game/table top game franchise
10. A season/mini-season based on a comics franchise
11. A season based around a franchise on Paramount+
12. A season/mini season based on a public domain franchise
13. A season based around a franchise dealing with animals
14. A season based around a franchise/thing from the internet
15. A mini-season with a track based on a retail store company/big brand name

Alright, inspired by both Wa3 and FazDude, here are my wishlists for main seasons and mini seasons for Drifting Dimensions.

Alright...as promised, I got up the thread for my idea of a non-video game company vs video game company fighting game creation thread. First jobs coming out in a few minutes!

Going back to what I said on Tuesday, would anyone be interested in helping me co-run either:

• My idea for a free-to-play Mario Party esque pop culture crossover
• Non-video game company vs video game company fighting game creation thread (Basically, we make a new entry for a crossover tag team fighting game.)
• Action RPG choose-your-own-adventure literature character/world crossover
• A spinoff of Pop Culture Clash but based around British tv/pop culture (a platfighter)
• A Teletoon platfighter/fighting game

Please let me know as I wanna get one of these threads started this month or next month I hope.

Alright, since other people have done this regarding ideas for creation threads to run, I have some plans for some threads I want to run in the future potentially once PBS Kids: Brawltime! and Food Fight! slow down:

• A free to play Mario Party esque pop culture crossover game creation thread (based off of an idea AlRex had for a Pop Culture Clash party spinoff game)
• Another spinoff of Pop Culture Clash but based around British tv/pop culture (I'm not British but the idea is funny and I got the idea from Wario Wario Wario and KneeOfJustice99 so credit to them. This will be a platfighter most likely
• Non-video game company vs video game company fighting game creation thread (Basically, we make a new entry for a crossover tag team fighting game.)
• A Teletoon platfighter/fighting game (something I wanna do now after I saw a discussion thread based on it)

The idea Janx_uwu posed regarding a Coolmathgames platfighter got me thinking…would anyone like an edutainment mascot crossover platfighter/fighting game?

It will feature mascots/characters of various edutainment brands like LeapFrog, Humongous Entertainment, Learning Company, etc. A huge clash of favorites.

I revived the Food Fight! thread after a few weeks of not updating the thread. We are now submitting chain restaraunt stage ideas, newcomer prompts and a reveal trailer script for Food Fight! Please contribute if you can!

I should really start making more announcements here about my creation threads but we are now submitting quality of life updates as well as newcomer prompts for our second and final free bonus DLC character for PBS Kids: Brawltime! Please contribute if you can!

I still love the fact that we are in an era where everyone is hypothesizing about a potential platfighter/fighting game for every big brand name or whatever is out there. This post was inspired by the fact we have a thread discussing a Teletoon platfighter.

May I ask for a different music track for your Crystal Cove track in DriDim? Since Darkonedagger's track is already using the Scooby-Doo theme

Out of curiosity, would anyone be interested in a Project X Zone style creation thread but with 4th party brands? I don't know much about the series but the idea sounds super interesting.

I'm hoping my bonus character gets chosen for PBS Kids: Brawltime's 1st DLC character as when Wa3 first suggested him, I fell in love with the idea of Fat Controller as a fighter in a platfighter, not going to lie.

I’ve seen this idea lurking around before, I forgot who said this but who would be interested in a literature RPG (choose-your-own adventure) crossover video game? The ultimate literature character crossover.

After reading some profile posts...I am kind of tempted to do a creation thread for a toy platfighter/fighting game. But, I will only do it if someone is willing to help me co-run the thread to be honest. I love the idea of a toy crossover platfighter/fighting game.

Been forever since I talked about any of my creation threads on my profile but…we are now adding the final base roster character to PBS Kids: Brawltime! Submit a PBS Kids character that you think is worthy to claim that spot!

Is it just me or is the whole Direct presentation-ish format getting old? I miss when E3 was the only big video game event and every other video game out there was just a surprise or shadow dropped online.

I do have another creation thread idea in mind that I really want to launch soon....this one is not gonna be a fighting game but it is going to be a HIT! (HIT is your hint here for some ENTERTAINMENT).

Man...I'm now in limbo deciding if I wanna run a fourth creation thread. I am stuck between a lot of ideas:

-A Pop-Culture All Stars Racing Game Creation thread: idea from AlRex

-A WildBrain platfighter/fighting game inspired from a post from the NASB General Discussion thread

-A Warner Animation fighting game

-A 2D Disney cartoon fighting game (just to see Della Duck in a fighting game)

-A new Nicktoons Unite!

-A Universal Studios platfighter

Been thinking about this, but I'm really happy my creation threads have been putting a more limited cap on base roster since it makes choosing the roster more fun in my opinion. Especially since PBS Kids: Brawltime! only will have 20 characters at launch and what not.

We need to break the tie for a stage for Elmo! Also, we are designing a moveset for Elmo! Please come out and share your ideas!
