My friends don't like to play with me if I use Zelda because she's "way better" than who they play.... in my hands I suppose, she's better than the alternatives.

And against my bf, I'm not really allowed to play ANYONE because he's not good at videogames so no matter who I'd choose I'de trounce him.

Good offline Brawlers (tourneys aside) are hard to find. My friends don't understand how I'm able to still enjoy shopping and girly things and like Brawl at the time - not to mention, put so much effort into playing the game competitively.

It's amazing how much better a MU Sheik has vs Falco than Zelda. Good chain edgehog lol. If you had started Sheik you probably would have won those.

BTW, HI!!!!!!!!! I've been gone awhile, but being stuck in Afghanistan, it turns out the only escape I have now is Brawl (which my roommate conveniently brought with him, along with 2 gamecube controllers). It made me miss the times I've had on SWF, so I just wanted to drop by and say HI!!!!!!!!!!

Olimar is almost not even worth learning ;_; but, yeah, totally. MK's banning will have ripple effects on the rest of the tier list since their are some lower tiered characters that he kept down almost singlehandedly and there are some character ranked where they are partly due to having acceptable MK ratios.

I'd love to see some massive tier upheaval follow in the aftermath of MK's dissapearance.

How is the Nation of the Afgahns anyway? We don't hear too much about it anymore. Do you mainly stay in the millitary areas or are the civilian zones any more inviting nowadays?

given his position in the tier list, Zelda actually faired reasonably against MK. I mean she was clearly disadvantaged, but it was winnable. It was a matchup that required a tonne of focus since MK could punish your mistakes so easily and it was so rare to fing chink's in MK's armour . . . but that just made it all the more rewarding when you could.


Olimar, on the other hand, has advantages so grossly exploitable that it's not even really FUN to play against him as Zelda.

I like the MK MU sometimes, even though we'll be getting ***** most of the time. Kind of forces you to play a bit smarter (bit like Snake) but the problem is once MK is all over your face and is constantly pressuring you. Not to mention, off stage sadness.

Looks like MK will be banned after Apex stuff. We lost a couple of Zeldas and gained some new ones. Zelda's metagame itself hasn't changed too much since you were gone, i don't think. More Nair cancels and Down tilt usage... not as much smashes.
