However, what Nicholas.Riddle said is true too, if the aerials are too laggy/slow, sometimes airdodging is the better option. An example would be Snake.!
This is also true for characters whose airdodges are extremely fast. An example would be ZSS. When recovering horizontally, it's actually better to airdodge -> flipjump. Vertically, fast fall u-air is the best.

OMG i gimped snake and jizzed all over the controller, carpet, floor under the carpet, hands, bottom of my left cheek....
i charged a neutral b and he froze so playing around, i decided to grab him, he touched the floor (like stepped on it) and that was it. i gimped him. one more way to **** a snake. ^_^ although its situational it is helpful.

After grab releasing Wario to the air, what should I follow up with?
For a while I was just hitting him with an aerial, but I decided to try DSmash once and it worked well.
Downsmash, then run past and pivot grab...Rinse, repeat.

Oh really? I wasn't aware of that. For horizontal hits what I usually do is DI up+towards the stage, momentum canceling with a uair. Then FF'ing, and the rest is easy from there, since I still have my jump and flipstool.

Thanks Nicholas.Riddle.

Another quick question:
If i turn tap jump off
what can I no longer do?
I can answer your question. When tap jump is turned off you can no longer jump or perform a mid-air jump by flicking the control stick upwards. Now it is much easier for you to perform an utilt without having to jump first and tilt it. Tap jump does sometimes have its uses but otherwise it's not gonna be too useful if utilt becomes harder to perform.

How do you approach an olimar that just stands in place and spams smashes and such?
I don't have much experience in the match up, but i would imagine that a plasma whip may be able to get through him. His pikmin may eat up individual paralyzer shots. That or you can flipstool over him.

i have lot of experience in the matchup, i have fought Dabuz a great olimar main and i dont suggest many random SHUair when hes distanced and youre in high%(70+) cause the Usmash by red and purple can be deadly. you can space in this matchup, which is unique cause oli ***** most chars camping. i dont suggest using your neutral B, because his pikmin would be in the way and mess you up. watchout for his pivot grab, its the best in the game so he'll be using that alot.
now w/ the Q: Campy olimars tend to throw pikmins (side b) and when you approach, they will Fsmash, if they miss then they might Usmash(if youre on top of them) or/and pivot grab.
after a sidestep ALWAYS esxpect a Smash, probably a down smash.

I've heard that Zamus' side-b whip outranges Olimar's grab, so that might be useful to you :)

Pressure, samus can space alot w/ G&W, and he most likely will approach from the Air. Pika can kill him in 90+ w/ a sweetspotted thunder or and USmash.
Rob, we gotta pressure too. he is too gay from distance so we have to keep him mid range-close distance, but thats only when hes not on the air ^.^
i cant give you much advice cause of pikas limitivity on killing moves.

I found i had an easy time against an MK on rainbow cruise. My maneuverability was a very helpful, i actually baited him to use a shuttle loop and fall to death lol. But anyways would this be a good counter pick or was it just the MK that I was playing?

i think MK dominates better in the air. it was probably the mk you brawled.
ZSS is a good char in RC but against a MK or G&W i dont reccomend it.

So what's the best stage to CP a metaknight or a G&W?
a G&W, i think FD cause he can get readable or Japes, but Japes is a double edged sword cause is cancels your Side B making you look cool but VERY vulnerable.
MK, idk...i dont have much experience w/ this but norfair seems good.

I like playing on lylat cruise against metaknights because it gets them in the air more. Against a g&w i would play on something long and flat like final destination that gives you a little more breathing room. Browse through the matchup thread for more specifics, we have done both characters already.

Mostly I just cry. But you can sometimes approach with a few aerials if you time it right. You might even just jump over the attack and land if he just tries to shield your counterattacks. The main idea is to get him airborne and start juggling. Once you've got him at a higher damage. Force him to kite you, then approach while he's in the air.

I noticed you guys have a xat chat (http://xat.com/111222333444555666777888999). I'm trying to make a universal xat room that is tabbed to all individual character xats with each main owner becoming an owner in this room as well.

To do it the main owner has to tab xat.com/Wifi_Room
(Go to "Edit your Chat", type in Wifi_Room, click get, select it, OK)

So far the Link, Mario, Pit, and Pikachu xats are connected.

By the way, who is the main owner?

That thread is basically the reason I'm kind of appalled that neither Adapt, Faded nor I have been given such a cyan name. At least one of us should have gotten some credit.

I had picked up ZSS in hopes of getting rid of my main's worst matchup. Guess what? Turns out he's ZSS' worst matchup too.

I say we revolt. If we can't be in Smash researchers, no one can!

Lol, so we have to say "the bird"?
you don't HAVE to say "the bird", you can say ***co, Falcock, Failco, or any other clever portmanteau. Just as long as the "Fal" and the "co" aren't touching. It's like...
DP porn reference averted...
nevermind...

sorry if this was already answered somewhere, but what are your best options for dealing with people that always shield the third jab? any particular jab cancels or is just running away after two jabs good? I run and pivot grab sometimes when I think it can catch someone off guard but you can only get away with that a little...

There are many ways to get around the 3rd jab. You can jab cancel the 1st or 2nd hit to dtilt. You can jab cancel to grab. You can TRY the 3rd hit sometimes because it works if your opponent is in the air. Like for instance certain times when me and my opponent are both in SH height distance in the air I would FF to the ground and hold A to jab combo him/her. Since they are in the air they cant shield it.

Also note that some characters CANNOT shield the 3rd hit so you can go "all out" up-close with them.
The only chars I know that cant shield it is G&W, Squirtle, Pit; but there are more.

There are MANY more ways around the 3rd hit but I'm gonna try to leave it up to you to get creative. :)
