I sometimes try to play Smash 64 like Melee, against CPUs I'll try to crouch-cancel their ******** shiz and get hit by it lulz.

Yeah. I was so nervous. Most of my matches that I did really well in weren't recorded. Mass Madness next week will have loads of recording set ups. Hopefully you guys can check it out. yl is actually pretty bad vs peach in my experience i think the problem is that there really isnt any great way to pressure her shield u kind of need to wait for them to fall into ur bombs and stuff

I really hate that match up. I also hate the fact where if i mess up just once, i get punish with a D-smash and thats like pretty much game.

The Peach MU is FAR more manageable than Fox, Falco, Marth, Sheik, Falcon.
All the above have better speed and mobility than YL, so his camp game gets negated.
They also all have an easier time killing YL compared to the latter.

The Ylink MU can be annoying with Peach though, I agree.

i disagree i think yl marth is a lot more managable than yl peach yl is pretty good vs marth i think

Lol, almost every YL main I've spoken to thinks Marth is one of his worst MUs.
At lower levels its not that bad, but a Marth with a proper spacing/pressure game eliminates all of YL's options. Your only real chance is to spam like crazy and punish. Once YL gets in he combos Marth fairly well.

i think if u use bombs u can combo marth pretty well like bomb to nair for example

I think I'd have an easier time against peaches. I got three stocked by KDJ's marth and if I were to play against a really good peach I still got speed over her and also include the fact that marth has a better approach then peach in this match up. From experience. My favorite match up are actually the fast fallers.

Although He is easier to kill since you can just gimp him.
I wonder if Abu actually plays YL... cuz you can do that against Peach too. Except it's easier.
And shield pressure against Peach is using the bomb. Bombs alone against Peach gives you a decent advantage. I'm not saying the match-up is greatly in YL's favor but it's sure is easier than YL v Marth. It's also more manageable playing against Peach because she has a harder time catching/kill you than Marth does.

Abu is a Jigglypuff main so his understanding of things like risk-reward, spacing, punishment, shield, gimping, comboing, etc. is a little screwy.

I guess. Just found out I'm third in young link scores on sspbd. Made my week. Honestly rather play peach than puff. And I suck at camping. That's why I like fast fallers. Combos after combos.

although i main jigglypuff i have pretty good spacies and yl, armada likes the yl marth matchup as well

The issue for me is not so much with "YL is okay vs Marth" (although I kind of wish I had more experience with YL because that claim seems shady and nobody else seems to agree with it). It's with "YL sucks vs Peach because shield".
YL seriously shuts down like half of what makes Peach good because of his toys, mobility, and having a usable heavy aerial. Her movement sucks. Her shield game is annoying but you don't seem to understand the limitations of it.
But, again, you're a Puff main so I'm understanding of why you have no idea why these things are significant. The game is very different for you than it is for most players.

i wish i was good against peach
I think Y link is better against Peach then Marth but I think Marth is way easier then many of the other chars. It maight be cause I love to fight against Marth in generall though 
I don't know excatly why but I think my spacing against Marth is really good and that makes the fair game from Marth way worse.

I agree if you outspace the Marth its easy, and of course Armada you have godly spacing skills.
If I'm not comboing the Marth, I try to always have a bomb out.

Agh, that was actually THE match I was thinking of in terms of Marth/YL.
Yoshi's is basically unwinnable if the Marth knows what he's doing.
I've personally had success on FD but I agree Dreamland would be the best counterpick. You have tons of room to run around and Marth has a harder time killing you, but you can still combo him quite well. When he's recovering just grabbing the ledge can lead to a free ledge-hop dair.
