Well guys figuring Im all the way out here in NY.....I doubt I will get a chance to see all you west coasters(freaking PT mains from cali and australia LOL). As far as magik and reflex go though you PT's echo through the east and Magik's recent videos put up against vex, vex personally told me about so I want to play you guys and will some point soon.

I kno your in FL but vex is from PA so at some point Im sure well get a chance to play and hell reflex is from alabama yet he was at SNES in new england. It will happen magik HAVE FAITH. Plus cmon guys we have to establish something to compete with all these Cali PT's

I've met Reflex, Magik, and Bomber and played Magik and Bomber. Reflex and I played in an FFA though. 
I got a feeling Steeler and I are finally gonna meet...when there's not a football game, of course. And when I live in California for a summer (small chance of this summer, though most likely next summer), I wanna meet up with Typh and Miles!

Shaya is the best pokemon trainer in the southern hemisphere. It makes sense that he would be in the back room.
I'm posting some videos from the tournament now. One is me vs. some Snake/Falcon o.O lol. I win pretty badly but it's still kinda fun to watch. Second one is the important one though. It's me vs. A pretty good Wario. He was the one that sent me to loser's bracket. Thought you might wanna see that. He 2-0's me, but they're both pretty close. I'll edit this post when it finishes uploading

Chad needs to be told about the awesome power of DK's uptilt in that matchup. It was fun to watch though. Good stuff.

a few pointers before I go to sleep:
Squirtle: ftilt and uptilt beat all of warios aerials. When you're being pressured and you know he wants the kill, try staying grounded for a while. Simply stepping backward and tilting appropriately can cover a LOT of Wario's options. Ftilt is also one of the best ways to avoid getting ***** by the bite.
Spaced bairs are the safest way for us to deal with Wario in the air. Consider trying to save the fair so that you can kill wario a bit more reliably. Otherwise its fairly likely that wario will get the first kill and start gaining a good lead. If squirtle is fatigued, wario won't be dying to dthrow until about 180%, depending on positioning and DI of course.
Charizard: upsmash leaves us really open, so its often better to only use it sparingly. Retreating bairs, fairs and full hop reatreating rock smash do a decent job of keeping wario at arms reach. Normally I wouldn't be recommending fair, since it has such a terrible sourspot, but if given wario's short range it is a bit more reliable as a spacing tool here.
Ivysaur: didn't see much of the saur.

I nominate Zigsta for Back room. He's pretty skilled with PT, he has access to many of the really good players in Texas. He seems to understand PT pretty well. etc.
Also Chronic Alchemy from New Orleans. He is our new fresh meat Zig, get this, he plays PT. I sent him a link to the PT boards, he has yet to post here. He wants to fight me online to show some skill lol. I told him he is going to fight me in person if we do any fighting. So yeah. Maybe at LasT4? >=D

nice match kith. bite is the trippiest move in the game lol
about that u-tilt... are you sure you're not doing it a bit too fast? i've been able to reliable get three u-tilts on a low percent wario before going into u-air, but he seemed to be able to jump out after the second one for you. maybe the wario i play just sucks at SDI. only other thing i have to say is that u-air is your best aerial to cancel horizontal momentum. u-air -> withdraw should help your survivability by quite a bit. i dunno if it would have helped you survive that last hit in the second match, but it would have been close.

EDIT--Watched your vid, Kith. Be careful using fair too much as Squirtle, especially against Wario. Fair is mad predictable if you use it over and over again--try mixing it up with empty jumps, nairs, and shellshift fakeouts. A good Wario player knows his spacing and will punish you for approaching the same way.

Thanks everyone for the input. I'm going to try to hunt out some Warios around here and get some practice in with them (and posting videos along the way). That down-air has so much ****ed priority, it gets me every time lol. I'm sure it's just learning the match up though, and that comes with practice.
