The last pokemon I played was Ruby. Metagross happened to be my favorite in that game, it's hard to tell that's what your avatar was because of the colors and zoom in though haha.

I don't think I've been sober for the last few days. Too much alcohol/weed. :p

I'm going to get infracted for this yet I can't erase it or not post it because I'm not sober enough to correct myself. :/

I use Bowser in Singles, Doubles, tourneys and friendlies because i am not comfortable or competent enough with any other character to switch away. I find it weird and annoying that people sometimes play completely alien characters in friendlies against me for seemingly no good reason., but i'm picky and only really like main on main action.

I used to actively play Pokemon 4th gen competitively but neglected all my other games, i was literally obsessed. For now I've limited my Pokemon dosage to the Battle Tower/Frontier and getting a 5 star trainer card until i can find the time to actually breed and build teams without it interfering with my other games.

I love competitive pokemon and shoddy makes things so easy.

Also, Nintendo crushed its competition this E3. 3DS looks really good.
Did you see the amount of 3rd party support that thing is getting? 3DS is going to be a beast. as if the DS wasn't great enough as it is, things will only get better.

I feel the exact same way. SSFIV looks like its going to be amazing and the new Resident Evil has me interested. That's just 2 of the 20 games I want for it.

However, what I'm most excited about is a new Paper Mario :)

@ bowser king.

I'm excited about Metal Gear Solid, it's been a while since i got into one of those and i don't have a PSP for Peace Walker :/. More than anything though i'm most excited for Kid Icarus: Uprising. Honestly didn't expect to go gaga over Pit but that game looks really fun.

And agreed completely, Paper Mario is definitely in order. The hilarity in that franchise is rivaled only by Mario & Luigi.

They're doing a remake of S~Fox 64 and releasing it for the 3DS. That's about it.

I'm assuming you're talking about Fox McCloud. Otherwise I'm just going to look like a *******.

*sigh*

There's another Fox? O.o

Well, that's good, I guess. I'd like a new Starfox game though.

But even better would be a game where you play as Ganondorf. :O

I personally would like a game that stars Wolf. Maybe with some gameplay inspiration taken from Mass Effect. if they cared enough to put him in Brawl maybe he's popular enough to get a chance at his own game?

On a completely minor note, there's a Super Robot Wars game coming out for the 3DS....

Yeah, I'm such a nerd.

I play Pokemon competitively but fall in and out of it every few months.

Nintendo won E3, I've held out for a handheld for 6 years and I think 3DS is going to make me cave.

I'm looking forward to DKC Returns and Kirby's Epic Yarn (more like Kirby's ****ing amazing yarn!) too.

I still play Bowser despite the losses against high tier characters. I get frustrated sometimes and wonder why I still use him, but I remember the instant I saw him on Super Mario Bros. And Super Mario 64 was the first game that inspired me to be able to play him in a video game.

I'm not giving up by a long shot. I almost never lose against other lower or middle tiers. I'm even a beast against MK. But I do need alot of work before I can start calling myself a pro Bowser.

My secondaries are D3, Jigglypuff, Toon Link, and DK. :/

Kirby's Epic Yarn has so much hype from me it's not even funny. I will be there, on the first day it releases, buying it. If it's a day where I'm up at school and can't make it to a store, I'm ordering it.

I. WANT. THAT. GAME. D: I've waited so long for a good Kirby platformer and I think this will be it.

If you were REALLY hyped for this Kirby game Limit then you'd skip school and not order it if that situation ever arose.

I am not impressed.

Offtopic, Flayl I just read the interview in your sig, and needless to say, I felt quite infuriated after doing so.

Competitive Pokemon is amazing.

I need to catch up on E3--my computer's AC adapter died last week, and it doesn't come in till tomorrow.

Meh, competitive Pokemon is not for me. I do not like the chance factor, I hate relying on luck. Especially since luck f***s me over. I was playing Pokemon Stadium and my hypnosis missed 5 times in a row and when I hit with it twice my opponent's pokemon woke up the first turn both times. Fml, which stands for f*** my life/luck.

In competitive matches of anything, it should come down to skill and not luck.

Luck is always an element in Pokemon.

If you make your team properly, you minimize the chances that luck will screw you over.

I guess that's true, but there is still a decent amount of luck and chance in that game. I don't really care about it in single player game, but it'd probably annoy the f*** out of me in competitive play. Just like how tripping in Brawl annoys the f*** out of me...

Again, luck is always an element in Pokemon.

I've won matches because of a lucky crit near the end, but I've also lost matches because of Paralysis stopping me 3 turns in a row.

It all comes full circle.

I always seem to have more bad luck then good. Or maybe it's because I get all upset over bad luck but I'm just like "meh" when I get good luck. As you can tell, I don't like to rely on luck.

Indeed, although the more powerful moves tend to be riskier. Like Fireblast/Thunder/Blizzard compared to Flamethrower/Thunder Bolt/Ice Beam.

You basically have to choose weak but accurate or strong but inaccurate, I choose the former.

The accuracy of Blizzard and Thunder can be controlled with weather.

Fire Blast is usually regarded as better then Flamethrower because it has 25 more power over only a 15% accuracy drop, but it varies from person to person. I can't hit with Fire Blast to save my life.
