yay I'm in the thread :DI should have probably posted this earlier today, but shoutout to a Wii U player named Tornado. I was the Palutena player called Nexin.
I haven't faced a Pac-Man in a while, and I had a lot of fun fighting yours. I hope to face you again in the future.
I wasn't expecting a reply to one of my older posts, but when I saw that you replied to the Pac-Man post, I instantly remembered facing off against you. Anyways, it's cool that I found somebody else from FG.yay I'm in the thread :D
At the time, I'd only been playing Smash 4 for a couple of weeks. Hope to play you more in the future as well
hehe I'm sorry to say I don't remember how the matches turned outI wasn't expecting a reply to one of my older posts, but when I saw that you replied to the Pac-Man post, I instantly remembered facing off against you. Anyways, it's cool that I found somebody else from FG.
I noticed this as well. On pure speculation, I'd say the matchmaking has dramatically improved. I've been put up against a LOT better players.has anyone else noticed the quality of players on the wii U for glory seems to have risen lately? prior to the mewtwo update I was still getting several mediocre to ok players in wii U for glory, all of which I could handle fairly well. But lately after the update I've been running into several more competent players that give me quite a challenge and/or flat out destroy me. Players who know actual tricks like b-reversals, and actual ground lock setups.
Did nintendo update the actual matchmaking so we're getting players based more on our win %'s now, or have I just been lucky/unlucky lately?
Idk, but i've also had close matches, i havent dropped one yet but it wasnt the usual sleepwalk for me.has anyone else noticed the quality of players on the wii U for glory seems to have risen lately? prior to the mewtwo update I was still getting several mediocre to ok players in wii U for glory, all of which I could handle fairly well. Oh wow, I never thought I'd meet someone from this site on For Glory. GGs. You were very strong, that much was clear. I hope we battle again in the future. Next time it wont be with a day 3 fox so I might actually win some games with him. XDGood games to Kurashi (@ KurashiDragon ?) who used Pikachu, Fox and Mewtwo! I really enjoyed those matches, and I hope we can play some more in the future. I was the Marth, Robin and Wii Fit Trainer with the tag "Matsu".
I think this is great. What nintendo should do from now on is match make using your win loss precent.has anyone else noticed the quality of players on the wii U for glory seems to have risen lately? prior to the mewtwo update I was still getting several mediocre to ok players in wii U for glory, all of which I could handle fairly well. not Sheth? Blue tie DK? I've played three ness today I can't say if I remember[3DS] I played a DK main, I think, named Seth. Really good matches, bro. I had to try real hard to not lose a stock on our last match. Those were the best matches I've had in a while.
Sounds good man I'll add youAdded you! :D My FC is 3840-6560-8896
I'm online quite often! x3
Just to reiterate, though you've made no mention of the console, this was on 3DS and the name was Seth. The Donkey Kong had pink fur with a yellow tie. I use blue Ness. Gotta say this DK was giving me more trouble than I expected. I hated it, but at the same time it was enjoyable to go up against a good player. I feel like the character has some good anti-ground options, forcing the opponent to play in the air, which is where Ness likes to be, but suffers possible damage because of his floatiness, making it a bit difficult to counter any attack coming at him from below.not Sheth? I've seen this as well, a lot of players who are at a way higher level than the usual For Glory fare. A lot of B-reversing, perfect pivoting, pivot grabs, etc. Playing a little too flashy to actually win but still way better than usual, making me wonder where these people came from all of a sudden.has anyone else noticed the quality of players on the wii U for glory seems to have risen lately? prior to the mewtwo update I was still getting several mediocre to ok players in wii U for glory, all of which I could handle fairly well.
