NCT2: 7th place (Another notable 7th placer: SilentSpectre)
OC3: 17th place (Another notable 17th placer: SilentSpectre)
SCC: 25th place (Another notable 25th placer: SilentWolf)
WCSL: 7th place (DSF placed 7th, Falcomist 9th, DEHF 9th, tofu 9th)

And on top of that, what match up do you excel in excluding the Falcon match up (considering we already have enough players in the crew who do well against Falcon already)?

What does it matter? West Coast should be happy they have someone particularly good in something. It is a fallacy to believe I'm worse in other matchups just because I'm necessarily good against falcon.

You're good don't get me wrong but there are better players who can take your spot without question.

As for Germ, he's better than you. He's consistent and he has a HUGE amount of experience behind him. The reason I don't think he should be on is because his main (and best character) is Link.

Link is a bad and inconsistent character. He'll get counterpicked HARD. I just don't see any strategic reason to put him on. And as far as his secondaries go.........

we're better off having other players in our crew.

Falcomist IS better than you. He's more consistent, doesn't choke and he has OoS experience (which matters a great deal). Isn't he top 3 in Norcal? Pretty sure if updated, he'd still be higher than you. And everyone says he ***** in crews. Nuff said.

I don't choke.

I'm on the panel. Falcomist has never been above me for the past 3 years we've been doing the rankings until we recently introduced short-term periods. He did slightly better than me last period, and so, we ranked him above me.

I like Justin and all -- but I don't want to expose the origins of why he ***** in crews in the ****ing first place. It's not a legitimate reason.

As for KFC, he's not better than you but he'd be better off in the crew than you mainly because of character diversity and he does well in match ups where some of our crew members may do poorly in (e.g. vs Peach). And he does really, REALLY well vs Falco so he can definitely hold his own in that match up as well. But I think he's better off as an alternate more than anything.

My consistent placing above him is inconsistent with you saying he has better character diversity & better matchups.

And Larry isn't going to be playing so there is no point to argue for him. But just for the **** of it, didn't Larry beat you AND outperform you with his rusty *** skills in MJ? Oh wait, out of region, right?

Pretty sure he'd outperform you if he went to Norcal too. I mean, he's beaten Pink Shinobi in a MM pretty badly already(second best in your region and something you've yet to do). He beat HMW at the latest Circuit and I think he placed top 5 in that tournament.. ? Results never went up. But yeah. There's so little to work with considering he doesn't play Melee anymore. But anyone who's actually played Larry knows that he's just... better. If Larry was at his prime, it wouldn't be a fair comparison. Sorry.

I've beaten pink shinobi and HMW. The rest of this is subjective.

Never said anything about King.

What most people fail to realize is, crews are not the same as tournament sets. You don't get a second chance in crews. There is no room for hope and luck. You go in with your CP and you better be ready to take off stocks or the ENTIRE crew suffers. You don't have the luxury of a set to figure your opponent out. You better do so on the fly in that one match. That's what makes crews, crews. It's all clutch. With that being said, it's not enough to have someone who's "good." You need players who are fit to hold their own in that kind of predicament.

Iono, Lunin did pretty good at that recent tourney I saw on HMW's youtube.

Which was RECENT so if he's still doing that good I can't see how putting him on would hurt.

But what do I know I'm from south.

Eggz is really good tho. not saying u arent good I just think that he is underrated because of his lack of tourneys outside the pnw (recent). I guess Id say just wait and see how he does at the tourney and decide then since it may not be final yet.

OoS as in Out of State (California). I didn't think Falcomist should have been on the crew until I saw how well he performed at VLS.

Who cares dude. If he ***** in crews then that's all we need. It's about who does well in crews, not who's the better player.

I tried to be a bit more refined but was forced to edit because your dickriders don't have reading comprehension.

All I'm saying is, don't take everything I say on the boards so personally. To think that I hate you because I don't think you should be on the crew is laughable (I'm assuming that's the reason). I may lack refinement but that's just how I am on the boards.

Shroomed is good. I also think South has a good chance of surprising both east and west coasts. I trust Mango's judgement on the crew list. Except for King. >: (

no knows how to play against german's link.. saying hes not consistant is kinda bs, cause hes been top 4-5 in most of the tournies hes been to, and he also has a falco that kinda taps. rey you lost points in my book for taking kouryuu's bait. shame on you..


and if you guys cant pick by the time genesis comes around then im putting ****ing putting in bootle. this is getting stupid.. tbh.

every point of view is obviously going to be scewed and subjective in other peoples minds, so why are you guys even arguing..

mango ****ing grab your balls and make a god **** decision.. stop letting ****ing kouryuu and others make them for you.

you know whats up, so do what you want to do. and stop swaying back and forth just because one person is mad of the decision. put your mean face on and grow a ****

I love how this is West Coast's tourney

And we're missing like, 3 or 4 people.... (Forward, Wobbles, Ka master.... HugS? He plays Brawl, I dunno if he should be counted)

And like, South is bringing in everybody AND Darkrain
