Forward also suggested that we should NOT have a captain... But as for now, we need one to select the team. Or maybe we can have more than one captain..? I think that might work best.

From my experience, I think Hugo's a bit too cocky sometimes for his own good which clouds his judgment, and a team effort would be something new and could have a better consensus than just a single person's decision. Being a regional crew captain kind of sucks because you can never make everyone happy.

it's fine and smart and whatever to have group collaboration on crew decisions, but at the end of the day, you need someone to have the final say, or else you have like 30 minutes between players because the team can't reach a consensus -_-

well kinda not really.. usually saving people for certain counter picks is the best way to go, or to counter certain people's playstyle..

i mean obviously you wouldnt want to send in ic's vs peach just because of the matchup is dumb, so instead say if cort were to go in and we had wobbles and say mango left, mango would be a better choice to put in , even though wobbles would want to go cause he might feel comfortable.

there are alot of ways you can approach it.. but sending people in cause they want to is a very dumb thing to do
