IMO the top 4 would make a good PR panel. 6 would be alright but as scoot said 4 is better for discussion.

Well here is my opinion on a few suggestions put forward_
Leaderboards_ If everybody agrees then i will save this years leaderboards as our final 2009 listings and start a fresh one for 2010_ This way we will have an accurate listing for the current year in relation to players skill level_ Everyone has obviously improved and changed styles in some aspects so i see this as being a viable option and possibly the best for accurate leaderboards_
Power Rankings_ Really appreciate everyone's confidence in me for a panelist_ I agree that this would be a viable idea as the Perth scene is fairly unbiased and mutually agreed on how players should be ranked and recognised within the scene_ I agree that 4 - 6 people should be chosen as panelists_ Ideally the less the better purely due to the lack of needing so many people to make these decisions_ My votes are completely unbiased and will have a reasoning beside them_
Vlade - Obvious choice_ He hosts tournaments regularly and is very skilled and knowledgable about Brawl_ Vlade has shown me that he is unbiased and has a keen eye for how people play_ Being a very active and outgoing member of the scene makes him my first choice for a panelist_
Mic - He has been in the scene longer than all of us_ Being an active Broomer and member of the scene gives him the knowledge required to make such decisions_ Having been to ROCKY and Melbourne frequently i feel that he knows more than he lets on_
Andre - He has shown me that he holds very keen observational skills_ Frequently i find that Andre is not only very outgoing, but also very clued onto what people are capable of_ When questioned about players abilities or potential, he very easily can throw his opinions out with the knowledge and evidence to back them up_
Jupz - Although i lack alot of social interaction with him, i can see that Jupz holds potential as a PR member through his constant search for knowledge within Brawl and social efforts within it's community_ He is always striving to know more about the scene and is quickly developing the skills to observe and analyse players_ I'd give him the Maverick status on this one_
Trav - Although initially starting as a low tier player, Trav has constantly surprised me with his amount of knowledge he contains_ I have first hand witnessed his thoughts on the scene and it's players and have found him to be very socially involved_ If there is anybody who will willingly give you his justifiable opinion on members within the scene then Trav is right up there with Andre_
Bob - Sorry if it seems arrogant but i can assure you it is not_ I have been a founding member of Perth's Brawl community and continue to help as a TO alongside social interaction_ Watching this scene grow i feel that i hold the necessary skills to associate with these decisions as i have seen many of you grow in your abilities and perception_ Having been to SQUAT i feel that my perception on the scene has grown only stronger_
That is my top 6_

Top 10 list right there. I want to see other peoples top 10 list and be honest guys. I tried to make it as accurate as possible. If Lord Bowser went full Bowser even in doubles then Nasch would replace him in 10th spot. Proxy would be 6th but he isn't in perth anymore and if Proxy did come back he would be 6th on my list and everyone else would just move down one. Yes i didn't include myself because i am bad ***.

For some reason I feel I just read Vlade really well, plus my most confident high tier match up is against Falco, dunno why it's just me. So because of these things I beat Vlade, however over all he probably performs a bit more consistently against other top WA players then I do.
Oh and I was only kidding about being emo not being in the PR commitee, I couldn't imagine something more annoying then having to make arbitary decisions on who's better then who.
Kane can beat Vlade somtimes but Samuel ***** him. Where Vlade can beat samuel at certain times. This is due to the character's they choose imo. Any Metaknight can give a falco trouble. Falco vs toon link it's extremly difficult for a toon link to win the match against a falco.

I'd like to clarify as Kane mentioned_ There are obvious reasons some people haven't been voted for ranging from lacking knowledge to lacking enthusiasm to make the decisions_

Oh, and to reply to your thing about heat and you being good pals, I'm much more of a cold guy. If its above 25 degrees, I get annoyed. Jumpers are totally for ***s for this reason.

For a toon link that is. I would rather be vsing your metaknight Vlade then your Falco.
Even though it looks somtimes like sam is doing just fine against your falco oh boy he is strugling so hard to pull through each game. Once you piss him off and you lose focus Vlade thats when he starts the combo's. Samuel is very intresting.
