Vman wants to Make (Your) Combo Videos! I'M BACK! Current Project: In question?

Hey, I'm unsure if this thread will get deleted, but please allow this thread to stay open long enough for people to know that I have a thread in the video discussion area, in "combo videos section" but I'm pretty much attempting to find some things to do to occupy some free time, I've had, and after making, Axe Effect, Future Sight, I've very high interest in making more...so please, I'd love some suggestions, ideas, etc.. to make combo videos for you guys.. so please refer to this thread or of course, post in this current thread ^^

Also, if you wouldn't mind..ummm.. I..uhh.. well I wanna play Yoshi, at a competetive level...(yes I know most of you are gonna tell me to give up, stick to higher tiers etc...) However, Im from AZ.. home of Taj's Mewtwo/Axe's Pikachu...not to mention my Mewtwo isn't too bad either, however, I have a new goal into playing Yoshi.. I've asked the friendlies, and Yoshi section for some help, but there are very few to little people in the Yoshi forums, so maybe I can get more critique here..

This is probably the wrong thread to make this in, but I wanted to address to SWF, that I'm not exactly sure why, but I have a rather high interest in making/editing/creating more combo videos.. for well you all ^^

I honestly didn't think I'd enjoy making videos, or think that I would... I actually bumped a thread titled.. Future Sight (Trailer) and for some reason, I thought things would turn for the worse, however it was the exact opposite.... Looking back at all of this.. for some reason, I've had interesting goals, to try and attain...(some of you know, but I'm currently attempting to make Yoshi a serious part of my game) very interesting goals to achieve...and I just love the challenge...

I guess in all honesty, I was a bit nervous at first to ask...but I really do want to make/edit (your) combo videos..now granted...i'm not the type of editer that can have a combo video for you in "weeks" i'm the type that likes to edit, each, and every individual piece to match with music preference, style etc... Another thing, I usually like to make videos, that everyone hasn't seen already... (i.e. lower tier characters since it's easier to make something people most likely have not seen before but also to keep the audience entertained) Falcon/fox/Falco, would be alot more difficult since I like to be that dynamic person and throw stuff in that people just might've never seen before..however, I'd still do these as well... I guess I just like making videos.. ^^

or...maybe even making a smash compilation video.. with the best players of all 25 characters...(Metagame 2 like) I mean I don't know...just more challenges i want to take/make.. while furthering my gameplay as well..<33

Mad respect for picking up Yoshi. I honestly think he is one of the most underrated characters, and you have a great deal of skill. So if you were to stick with it I think you could go far.

I would tell you to make one for 4% APR, a favorite of mine, but you probably wouldn't like him. I recall someone telling him that he was trying to main yoshi once, and the first thing he said was "that's a mistake." I haven't really played any really good yoshi's, but every time someone tries to bring out yoshi in friendlies they get gimped horribly in my experience. Ironically, the melee instructions booklet says yoshi has "surprising jumping prowess" lol.

EDIT: not to discourage you from playing yoshi or anything...

Lol i appreciate the advice, but rest assured, I don't get discouraged... AZ, we have many famous low tier players here.. Axe - Pikachu...... Taj - Mewtwo.......heh, my Mewtwo's pretty sharp too...., Just decided I wanted to do the same for Yoshi.. as well, I won't get discouraged, that's a promise... ^^

Allrite everybody it's been a while, and I know MarioxMario, Cactuar, Zodiac IHSB, had wanted to do some. and plenty more I may have missed.. I love making lower tier character combo videos, just for a bigger chance of success.. but I wouldn't mind higher tiers.. I've decided.. I guess i'm just goin to make combo videos based off of what I prefer doing at the moment in time that it happens...so low/high/ guess it don matter ^^

so most of you know as of right now I'm working on Linguini's.. ^^ he's ****! <3

but, would like well what most people would also prefer me to work on.. My goal is to not work on any more than 3 at any one given moment at a time, so I'd be open to about two more players if that's allrite, and i'm pretty much a first come first served basis.. Not exactly, "oh me make mine" but rather who can get the footage soonest.. and the character i'm desiring to make one for ^^ so yeah get @ me please everyone

ihavespaceballs combo video would be nasty. Also, one of my favorite older combo videos was Mindgames, but the clips are really showing their age. ycz13 made an updated version, but even that is kind of old with all the videos that have been uploaded since '08. If you could find newer "mindgame" clips I'm sure it would be quite mind blowing.
