I think the main (and continual) issue is that Tibor doesn't proactively go to tournaments.

He goes to one major. He probably won't go to another monthly for like a quarter to half a year - resulting in lots of confusion, etc etc just like it was prior to yesterday.

If his activity in the scene is in such a state you may as well not have him on the PR in the first place, honourable mention and implied 2nd position (for seeding purposes) I suppose: but yeah.

small update: At Reloaded Tibs proved he has still got it.

Whilst attendance is a valuable.. skill? ... and would be muchly appreciated, it is obvious that he is 2nd in Victoria behind Attila, even if he doesnt not consistantly rock up to tournaments to prove it. He proved it at Reloaded. He will need to prove it again at BaM2K11 though, if he doesnt intend to showup to monthlies.

So this new list features the following changes
2. Tibs +2
3. Earl -1
4. Splice -1
