We had something similar at my school, for years 10,11 and 12 u had to do 3 days each year of 'crhistian service learning'. Basically had to get to a place like a nursing home and help out.
But alzi it ain't that bad. I went to meals on weals for first 2 years, all i did was like stir soup for a few hours, then we went delivering food.
Generally one or two ppl wouldn't be home, that meant i got the leftover meals, dessert and soups!
But i guess that only added up to like 12 hours. Considering i got there a 9 and finished at like 1pm.
But that ain't nothing, one school in s.a. i think has to do 2 full weeks of full time community service or something ridiculous like that.

about the job though just hand in the resume to the manager/supervisor not some casual worker who will just throw it in the bin yeah. so yeah hand it in say blah blah blah to the manager and then like 2-3 days later come back and say i came in 2-3 days ago and handed in my resume have you been able to look at it(maybe dont say have you been able to look at it, something else that sounds pro)? and he'll be like whats your name, then you say alan bro, and then he will probs discuss things further with you. <3

what i fuking hate is when you're driving places and there are over taking lanes and some fukwit will pull out into the over taking lane and then over take the other car as slow as possible and also just people who cant drive in general makes me very angry and full of hatred

Venting time actually:
I've had enough of all those people who judge you without talking to you or talking to you and judging you off how you dress, how you look, your hobbies, your friends everything.
Its like society is so set on its stereotypes that everyone is immediately classified as one. The kids at school who bag me about being a nerd, then bag me when I go well and then make me know about it when I don't beat them or even beat someone else on an assessment. Seriously and enough with the generic smartness stereotypes, apparently being accelerated in maths suddenly makes me the jesus of every other subject in school.
And then theres all those people I know out of school.
Apparently wearing clothes that I like and are comfortable makes me a black gangsta wannabee. Yeah thats awesome, I'm sorry for not being the clean cut bum who everyone has to be. Are jeans and hoodies so taboo in todays society that suddenly I'm an outlaw, a criminal that kid who just doesn't fit in? I'm not trying to be a rebellious, hardcore child.
Thirdly I've had enough of everyone bagging me about skateboarding, bagging skateboarding in general and making assumptions based on the fact that I skateboard. Even my friends at school and outside of it call me the "fully sick hardcore skater boi". I enjoy doing something and that immediately puts me as the juvenile delinquent. The people on the street all give me that weird look of "Don't you have a store to rob or something", and some even voice their very one sided opinions of me and what I"m doing with my life. Yeah so I'm also a menance to society. Oh also a nice little anecdote. A guy posted on my facebook one of those social interview things "Who would the worst person Nick would sleep with? Probably some emo skater ***".
Then theres those people who assume all teenagers listen to that noise, rob stores and disrespect everyone. Well guess what, I'm gonna say that your generation was probably just as bad or worse if you manage to produce a generation of that.
It just angers me.

Don't worry nix, once u get to uni, there's no more ppl paying u out. Generally everyone there just wants to do their work and go home. Ppl are a lot more mature also.

W00t I feel loved now guys, I am most defintely looking forward to uni. Only one more year left in school. Channeling rage into win sounds awesome, can I has special rage training before STIGMA-H? To make up for my lack of skill and practice? =P

On Nix's comment, yeah I'm one of those people. But I'm not the kind to think like that. If I get a look at someone and their demeanor isn't something I like, usually I make a judgement. Clothes though no way, I'm too much of an art *** to hate what people wear, even if it makes me feel uncomfortable about my own clothes. I feel so fashionista lol.
But yeah, that's just how society is today, stereotypes own.

so yesterday dekar invited me over to his house and hes like come on time fgt and im like ann boronia is so gay they have like farms and shiz down there and hes like no way. So off i went to boronia and it took about 2hrs to get there from my house. On the way there i remember him saying that he doesnt have his mob so to call his house number but i forgot to take it down =(. so i get to boronia station im like mannn this is a farm and then i made like a billion phone calls to people and messages to see if anyone had deks' home number but no1 did cept luckily enough tak knew his home address. So he tells me and then i go to **** connex people for help and they give me it and yeah i finally reach dekars st./avenue 'stonehaven' cept im like wtf there are these houses that have no.1,no.2,no.3 and no.4 and im zomg wtf do i do. so i alk up the street to see what the other numbers but it was real confusing. on one side of the street its got no.2 and then the other had like 14 so i was wtf again so im like ok look at the mail so i look at the mail it says "1 stonehaven avenue Mr c something (it wasnt dekars last name)" so im like **** this has to be it. so i get up to the door and knock and press the doorbell but no one is answering, i do this for like 20mins and no one answers so im like screw this freakin farm place im not going here again i was so angry and stuff argghhhh but then i saw this mint chick that calmed me down a tad.....so after that massive effort to get to his house hes not even there....
on the way back it was thunderstorming so the trains were delayed by ages! i only jsut got back and left to go to his at 11:30!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
