Peach's first jump seems to be rather high. It's pretty difficult to SHFFL the Nair because of that attribute of hers.

In a nicer way, FC aerials are INSTANT, faster than L-canceling. You won't need shuffle very often at all. Maybe twice a month it would be used in a match.

People on one side tell me to do it anyway, everyone else tells me not to.

Also, Ryo, I seem to FC all the time, anyway. It doesn't hurt to learn shuffling, though I'll probably halt it by now since I kinda figured out it's plain useless for this character.

Controlling your float heights is more important right now

Exactly what DoH said; and also nothing is super useless. But learning your float heights are more important than this at the moment. FC Aerials are essential all the time, shuffles can be a little mixup. Basics and fundamentals go first always.

As far as I know, I'm pretty well at staying low and floating to the edge of the stage to edgehog, along with edgeguarding with Bair and Nair. Though if I want to float somewhere midstage, my problem's probably timing and not knowing when to perform aerials while up there.

I was just bottom-lined it recently by someone, but I guess he failed at that. Otherwise I have a vague, but decent-enough understanding of that. Nevertheless, I included that in my sig for moreso the humor rather than the seriousness. I'd be more than happy to delete it if it offends you.

I try and Smash DI through it. They can still react to it, but if they're not ready for it and they try to up smash, they'll miss, granted you go far back enough.

You can also try and smash DI in and out to throw off their timing and make it trickier, I haven't had too much luck with this, but KK was mentioning it to me and it has worked from time to time, on not him .

Trying a lot of OoS techniques right now and using a handicap 9 Bowser as my punching bag. These weren't as hard as they looked...At all. :o

I pretty much always ledge hop, sometimes ledge attack

The one time I try and mix it up with a roll i always get ***** for it lol

What do you follow with after the ledge hop? Or is it just used to get away and space?

If it's a stage like Yoshis I will try and waveland on the platform to get my float back. It depends on what the opponent's character is and what their options are really

I'm gonna sound like a complete noob asking this, but why is it that whenever I perform a Uair, she free falls downwards at high speeds?

Is it out of your float? It's probably because when you press up to uair you double jump and then cancel your double jump with your uair so you burn all of your options aside from parasol right there. It's really risky to go for uairs off stage midfloat because of that.

i thought you could do uairs during float with the control stick without burning your second jump? as long as you held down x/y the whole time...

yeah, but if you use your control stick it'll interpret it as a double jump unless you're gentle with it
