Whilst Cao has been working hard to get us TV's for Robocop, a console roster needs to be organized

We are looking at running ~24 tvs at once, 16 with 1 per a pool, possible extras for some pools to make things go faster, and a few setups for the opposing game for friendlies. (aka melee setups whilst brawl pools is on POSSIBLY)

We need to aim for 20+ setups for EACH game respectively, whether you're bringing a Wii or a Gamecube, or possibly both, or even just discs for the respective games, we need to know to make sure we don't overflow on tv's in comparison to consoles.

Melee:
1. Redact
2. Surgi
3. Hotdog
4. Luke's Cube from Cao with Nova's copy
5. Emily
6. Leisha
7. Melancholy
8. J-Birds
9. Pezza
10. Silfa
11. E_Alert with Condogs melee
12. Marteh
13. Toshi
14. Tak
15. Someone's Wii with Joosh's copy of melee
16. Luke Atyeo
17. Dekar
18.
19.
20.

Brawl:
1. Ellipsis
2. Condog
3. Hotdog
4. L0ki
5. Toki
6. Leisha
7. Melancholy
8. J-Birds
9. Attila
10. Pezza
11. Silfa
12. E_Alert
13. Marteh
14. KaleidoRuby
15. Timic83
16. Meteor Master
17. Luke Atyeo
18.
19.
20.

Anything you can provide is appreciated, and as a show of thanks i might say hi to you or something.

melee cards are not that much of a hassle, on the day itself i will be going around with my own card making sure that each console can get stuff loaded. people always lose/forget cards

Cao, just use my copy.
I'll bring a Wii + Brawl/Melee.
I don't have a proper memory card for Melee, though. Which is why Luke's GC should have it.

Edit: I'm dumb, didn't read the above post.

Put me down as a maybe, if I have room i'll definitely take a cube + melee but if it comes down to it. The Street Fighter 3 community need PS2 consoles a lot more =/

I can pack my Wii+Brawl so long as CAO or someone takes ownership over it for the weekend, I won't be playing but the Wii may as well get some love since it barely ever gets turned on.

Just a question, since for the most part the tournaments are going to be run at different times, doesn't that mean Melee and Brawl TV's will be shared between both games depending on the schedule (minus the 2-3 for friendlies).

Isn't it just as easy to start swapping over the tvs to brawl/melee depending on the time and how far along the brackets have progressed? Why do you need a different tv count for both games?

Unless this is a Disc thread and not a TV thread, but that's not exactly clarified anywhere, and made more confusing by the fact you've mentioned a gamecube there.

the count is for consoles, not tvs.

we have 24~ tvs, these are for both games.

the number is there to ensure we get 20+ consoles for each game, we do not want to have a shortage of either game when it comes to the day. This topic is here simply to make sure we get enough consoles for each game

i do not know how you got the idea of 2 different tv sets, maybe i worded it badly.

I guess it was the fact it said consoles AND setups, but now that you've said that yeah I see what you mean.

I assume they'll be switched over then now that I'm not reading this wrong. ;-;

just had setups in the title since i was giving people figures for actual tv numbers as well as clarifying console numbers and also promping people to bring even more tvs, the more the better!
