It doesn't need to be banned when used for racking up damage, just disqualify someone for stalling if they leave the opponent for too long without doing anything.
IC can already 0-death everyone with wobbling anyway.

In an attempt to actually talk about the topic...

The original issue was that this glitch would be abused for stalling purposes, no? Seeing as at this point we have a rule for "excessive stalling" that helps cover issues like these, I don't see the problem with unbanning it if this is the only issue with it.

I understand that wobbling is unbanned for a numerous amount of reasons that essentially means "it is not as easy as one would think." But how easy is it to do a single hand-off to the girl and then freeze them? I honestly don't know.

Also, what are the exact mechanics to the freeze glitch? I know how it is supposed to be done, but I don't know the reasoning behind it.

IDK the exact mechanics of the gitch but I've done it in friendlies. Nana has to get the grab, then Popo sideB's and then the opponent is completely frozen in place. If you freeze the opponent they can never get out of it....
But if you don't freeze you can get em to 999% then grab, and throw them for a free stock.
