Had at least 2 other alts of regulars on the site. There's users you can PM if you want more details, I'm not exactly caught in the loop yet either.

So, he can eat **** for all we care.

Hey. We're aware of this all and frustrated, much like you are. This kind of thing is frankly miserable and we're doing what we can to prevent future issues on this front. We're aware and have the resources to combat it through our site (and have been doing so).

I'll keep it brief; some of the discussion going on here is getting fairly close to doxxing (the act of searching for and publishing private and personal identifiable information of someone on the internet), which is not something we tolerate period and are legally not able to budge on. Other staff members have spoken on it in the thread, but I just wanted to make that clear.

This has been a rough day.

Firstly, I have no words for what happened here today. From all the revelations that happened today it was like we learned about a completely different person behind the screen and I can't blame anyone for any emotions that they're feeling right now. Disgusted for being targeted/knowing he targeted you know and care about? Uncomfortable knowing that someone like him came into this community and exploited its goodwill? Angry at being exploited in such a way and how this mess unfolded? Those are the same feelings I share and it's painful for me to know that users here who came here to enjoy this community were taken advantage of in such a way. I cannot say sorry enough to those affected and I hope that everyone here can come together and be able to help each other through this. Whether it's here, through PMs, or Discord, talk and do what you can to let all of your feelings out.

Secondly, while it's calmed down, I will say that right now the best thing to do is to talk it out and not lash out at each other. Being angry at this point is completely justified, but don't take it out on those who are just as confused as you are at this point. We're all trying to unravel and understand this mess, but we can't do that if we're tearing each other apart during the process. We as a community should come together at this time, do not let Disaster take away what we had before.

Thirdly, keep an eye on each other. We're feeling afraid, angry, and depressed and those are hard emotions to deal with in times like these and it's easy to lose yourself to them, but do keep in mind your own welfare, and look out for your fellow users and help them through those same feelings. This will be important for the coming days as we work out everything that happened, it'll be tough, but we all will make sure we make it to the other side.

Again, look out for each other and help each other heal through this mess. I've already seen a number of great users here like Venus and Scoliosis Jones extend their hand to help out those affected, make use of those venues and don't be afraid to talk to someone about this if you need it.
