I have not played Persona 5 and I love Joker.
I have not played Persona 5 and I am a Joker main.
I know it is ridiculous, but it is what it is.

Ultimately it stems from my belief that if Leon gets in over Jill, Sakurai's personal friendship with the director of RE2make, along with RE2make's status as an in-house development, was the tipping point.

With that in mind, the alt costume would more likely stick with that game than branch out, though there's just as much of an argument to be made about how Simon and Richter were handled. Though I really believe that Jill or Leon are the most likely, echoes won't happen and the P2 version of either character will be either Revelations Jill or RE4 Leon to supplement their classic looks.

Is anyone expecting Smash related stuff to appear at the Persona concert? I personally don't think so, though we might see "Jane Persona" in action in P5R. I'll happily eat crow if I am wrong.

if she's in Smash they'll save her for later

Nintendo isn't credited in PSL's copyrights and I can't imagine they want her to steal attention from joker only a week in

plus, knowing atlus, it'll be months before a localisation is confirmed and she gets an English voice
