This Ike player actually ragequit against me because I killed him despite me being a stock behind.

Walls. Many characters can just straight up infinite people if they have a wall to abuse.
If it werem't for that, I think it could have been legal even with the stairs as they don't allow for many characters to camp and it's hardly that effective.

I honestly want Sakurai to tone down the Yoshi horde battles. Yes, I know they're a species, but he's primarily featured as a single character. Since horde battles makes the opponents easier to kill, it rubs me the wrong way...

What's your favorite remix in Smash Ultimate? Mine would be Brinstar Dephts. I love the ominous violin they added in this version.

But Snakey Chantey, Bomb Rush Blush, Splattack!, Battle at the Summit, Alola Trainer Battle and surprisingly that new Donkey Kong arcade remix are great too.

I still adore the creepy ambiance the Melee version gave to Brinstar Depths, but this one is good too.

As for the favorite remix in the entire game, it is pretty obvious:

Zero would be okay for a Cloud Echo actually. I think Dr. Eggman or Wily over Bowser Jr. could work too.

Maybe Rush + Beat over Duck Hunt.

It's up there for me. But Central Highway's my favorite. And We're Robots is a very close second.


Shout-outs to Napalm Man, Ice Man, Top Man, Parasite Queen, Snake Eater, Champion Steven and Ridley's theme too.

That said, if there's one Yoshi song I'd add, it'd probably be the Fortress level from Woolly World. The theme with the really chill bassline. I'm not gonna embed since I think there's about enough of that on this page.

Oh, and the Bowser Boss fight from the original Yoshi's Island. That theme's a GOAT and should have been in sooner, but who knows, maybe one day.

Smash Ultimate is basically a VGM library disguised as a fighting game.
Also I'm pretty sure Snakey Chantey can cure cancer.

Brinstar Dephts is also really good. When I first got uploaded to the official site, even although not the full thing, I was literally playing it over and over for days. Never had violins sounded so addicting to me.
