The fact anyone could ever believe the existence of capitalism is advantageous to the human race.

That’s honestly a piping hot take.

Capitalism encourages competition for a number of different industries, which is what drives the main pillars of our economy today. We have major advancements in technology and various other areas because of the fact that competition has fueled that.

UNCHECKED capitalism is where it goes South, which is where I believe we are. Unchecked socialism is just as bad though.

There’s also the fact that there are various racial, gender, and socioeconomic issues caused because of capitalism, but going purely socialist doesn’t solve that.

Equality should come in the form of everyone having a fair shake, and having the equal opportunity to succeed and achieve their dreams. Right now we don’t have that, and pure, unchecked capitalism won’t allow for it. Some movements toward socialism might, but a system of pure socialism isn’t the answer either, in my humble opinion.

I’m saying this as a progressively minded individual, mind you.

When Nintendo forgot what made G&W good and completely changed how he played, they weren’t testing my loyalty, they were forcing me to change characters.

This applies to a lot of the characters I play, but these are probably the 2 biggest examples:

- I've considered dropping her completely multiple times in the past couple months. My overall win-loss record w/ her has not been good In Ultimate, but she still does well enough that I play her as a secondary, Definitely a major step down from Smash 4, but not a complete drop.

- I was actually really close to dropping him into my secondaries, despite him being my Smash 4 main and his moveset overall staying the same (which is part of the problem here). However, I've done well enough online (around 3 millions GSP w/ him now) that I ended up keeping him in mains.

When I mentioned last night that I happen to really like a lot of characters across many series, HUNK from Resident Evil is one of them. In fact, here's a picture of my HUNK cosplay from 5+ years ago. I never fully finished it, since I had limited money, but that's a real S10 gas mask with the actual red lenses that were made to go with it, so that's not custom. The lenses cost as much as the mask itself, since they're rare.

Though it was tricky knowing which iteration to model the cosplay off of. Resident Evil 4/Umbrella Chronicles, Operation Raccoon City, or Revelations? With the RE2 remake, though, I think I have the definitive version that I'll use to finish the outfit sometime soon.

I don't know how to feel about Mr. X there.

Ironically, most of what I wanted in a Mario Maker 2 was shown off (partially) in the Direct.

-Side-scrolling stages where the camera automatically moves
-SLOPES
-More enemy/boss variety
-More power ups
-More platform variety/innovative ways to platform

i mean there is literally one scene where the two big villains stand in a room and gloatingly recount their plan up to the present day step by step for no reason whatsoever except to fill the player in
