Anne doesn't get forced to take nudes by the gang after her character arc which makes it clear she hates how people are fixated on her body and ****-shame her due to how they think Anne acts, which is something Atlus has been criticized of a lot whenever they do stuff with her. and they made Morgana less of a ***** during his character arc iirc

In the game he has a falling out and Ryuji is supposedly in the wrong according to the game but most players think Ryuji honest to god didn't do much, if anything, wrong at all. The anime doesn't make Ryuji the asshole in the scenario for no reason and they even make Morgana making up more natural than in game

They also apparently got rid of the offensive NPCs who sexually harass Ryuji because d'oh ho ho gay people are just a joke apparently

I had heard of the Morgana issue so I'm glad they fixed that and the rest is just... why did they even exist in the first place?

Yes. I play. I knew that he was bad from the start, but when I got nothing in the patch for him, it just hurt. I considered playing a better character. But, I remembered something fundamental about games. The point is to have fun, not to win, and you can always improve.
