Skelerex did take 2 of Leon's stocks in the France vs Switzerland crew at GBG3 if I recall correctly.
I updated the top8 thanks ot Nintendo, but he's not sure about the number of entrants.

If I recall correctly the entry fee was 10 euros and there were 48 entrants.

Notes :
-Leon wasn't at his best, but Skel and Deimos still earned their ranks,
-Deimos took Falco against Skelerex in semi finals and the first game of GF, then picked MK and won the GF 3-1 > 3-0
-the tournament only had 2 MK, France ftw
-The hypest players of the tourney were Skelerex (for obvious reasons) and Dueler X who did the craziest **** I've ever seen with his GW.
-3 things sucked : some people got their pizza stolen, only one person could drive the players from the station to the venue and there were flies landing on the screens.

Also since Yami wasn't there the replays were scattered on various wiis, so it'll take some time before they're uploaded.
