Grew only went oli in the first rounds vs randoms, I beat his luigi with MK in winners, he then won with luigi vs nat and miquel . In GF I went Falco he went Fox and G&W lol. I went MK in brinstar one round but lost xD.

I used link in winner semis and won, can he have some points?XD

btw there are a couple of spanish tourneys that happened this summer and have not been posted. I'll lurk our forums for results and stuff and post them here after.


I left before they gave the prize so I dunno what it is lol.

-Skinutski did not use DDD at all.
-Schwa (came from losers) won the first GF set 3-1 with Diddy Kong against Skinutski's Samus.
-In GF2 Skinutski picked up Mario and won 3-2 in a close set.
-Apparently this was the last tourney of the Laaseripora series in which MK was not banned.

Do really only count the 2 most used characters? I would expand that to 3 at least, because as you can see, many players use 3 characters.
For example, I used MK/DDD, and I think I "needed" DDD a bit more, even though I played MK a bit more often.

He got a bit bracket *****, Prinz first match, because Prinz only got 3rd in Pools, which also happened because of cyve not having many results, and therefore puting him 1st Seed wouldnt be "fair" (Even though everyone knew he would win the tournament very likely).
And also because Ravenlord lost to Serudos, small upset.

cyve is AMAZING, I think he is the hardest/best pit in Europe. His Planking Skills are ridiculous. But not only that, he also has crazy pivot grab mindgames and more.
He just got into the offline scene very late, but he also beat BluB @ CdlC, his first tournament. Before that he was only known to be a vey though Online Player.

Then I would say it should be Snake/DDD as I used DDD to win vs. Crifer/Serudos/Sic.

As for 3rd characters I'd need info on whether Prinz needed Falco and Purple needed Sheik.

The guys keeping track of the American statistics only count MK banned events now I think and I'm pretty sure they've always promoted a separation between the two (then again, they had an agenda). Banning a top tier has a significant impact on the metagame either way, so I don't see how mixing the two would work exactly.
