Ic is middle. to beginners IC is a pretty good pickup char since it only takes like 1hour to learn their chaingrab.

At this point, the most underused characters (among the entire community) are probably Jigglypuff, Samus, and Bowser. (In that order.)

I know that people play more than one character and therefor the topic is not a real representation... but I think it's pretty accurate

Link, Pokemon Trainer, Samus and Jiggs have unique fighting styles and are underused. Samus and PT have very high learning curves.

Captain falcon and Ganondorf are underused aswell but try to fight like every other character.
