I participated in last year’s TGA Steam Deck giveaway and didn’t win, nor hear about the actual winners getting anything.

Either every winner was a bot, or there was never a giveaway with a tangible prize aka, a scam.

Regardless, Winter of Woe continues to live up to its name.

So I'm a big movie person, wanted to share my list of movies that I have seen this year.

Note I enjoyed all of these movies! There is a big drop after Mario though lmao.

Barbie is my personal favorite movie of the year, I haven't had a movie that resonated with me in so long, though Everything Everywhere All At Once last year was amazing, I loved Spider-Verse as well, saw it multiple times in theaters it was sublime.

I have to be honest I was thinking of deleting my account and just coming back under a new name when the next Smash rolls around (This is the only place I use this name currently I have long since switched to a new name) but I have some friends on this site so I didn't wanna leave entirely, thought I'd just use this place for more productive reasons.

I've been recently collecting a lot of import games since I got a Japanese PS2, mainly from SEGA's SEGA AGES 2500 series, I also have like a laundry list of games I'm currently going back and forth between, I plan on focusing on them more over the holidays.

The Slayer of the Demons season Swordsmith Arc watched.

Wasn't as good as the last two imo, and I think it's cause the two Hashiras aren't anywhere near as interesting as Zenitsu and Inosuke (and tbh are weak compared to Tengen and Rengoku). That said, still fun stuff.

The pacing was kinda all over the place.

This is the first song I ever heard from the game, as well as in-game. I don't remember if it was on a friend's server or my singleplayer world, but this song just started playing at one point and set the tone for the rest of the game for me. I was actually surprised, too, as that point I didn't know the game actually had a soundtrack to begin with lol.
