I'm actually starting to warm up to Peach's voice. Sometimes they like to do certain changes on characters and this is probably one of those examples. Not everything has to be like the games after all.

That said, I didn't think they were going to make her totally helpless but rather more as a strong lady in the more tactical sense: as a sovereign, she can also be a military leader, and I think when it comes to being a commanding officer, she would shine at strategy more than at direct combat but I still suspect she'll probably get kidnapped in the 3rd act or something. I imagine they'd give this incarnation some fire (As in giving someone a good wording).

It's something so minor and so simple but the fact that the song's names show up in the bottom right at the start of them match in splatoon now that gets me unreasonably hyped

Man, the level curve in Scarlet feels weird in the late game.

Looking at thelevels you have to do the final two team star members AFTER you beat the 8 gyms, then the final totem Pokemon after that.

God of War: Ragnarok is an example of truly putting blood, sweat and tears into something.

The game's story didn't even need to be as heavy detailed as it needed to be.

Just made it to credits in Scarlet and Violet.

DAMN…. What a game and story. Having had no bugs, this was a smooth experience so I got really immersed in this.

The post game was absolutely wild though. I didn’t expect any of that.

This game definitely needed voice acting. There’s several moments that would hit so hard with good acting.

The anime arc is gonna go crazy though.

Also I 100% bet that the bonds with npcs and end game story will transfer to a full mechanic Next game.

There’s also a very interesting Legends Paldea setup here.

I genuinely havent had this much fun with Pokemon battles since Gen 5 back when Pokemon battles weren't a cakewalk like they were in Gen 6 and beyond.

I feel like that scene in Pokemon origins where Red shows Giovanni that Pokmon battles are meant to be fun.

I mean, with good writing you can make a captured Princess Peach engaging to watch. Some of the examples mentioned, like SMA and PM are proof of that. It's kinda like how it was said that overpowered characters are by design unrelatable and then in comes Saitama
