So my thoughts on that trailer
- Luigi being the damsel is a neat twist
- Enjoy all the cameos in the movie
- Peach actually does stuff, that's awesome! Toad does stuff too, that's also awesome!
- Everyone's acting except Chris Pratt. Idk why that's the case. Charlie Day Luigi also works really well.
- Cool seeing the power ups. Tanooki Mario and Fire Peach is cool to see. Also Biker Peach too, not a power uo but I felt like mentioning it because uh...
- Jokes were kinda run of the mill. Makes sense, it's Mario

I can't imagine Bowser Jr with a marketable celebrity voice. You probably should just get E.G. Daily, or someone else who could do a good male baby voice.
Diddy is Tom Holland. Search your feelings, you know it to be true. Dixie gives me Kristen Schaall vibes, or maybe Sarah Silverman.
K Rool...maybe Cumberbatch is a good choice. As long as he can sound sufficiently unhinged.

This is the first movie, they can't shove everything all at once.
Given the mention of galaxies by Peach. Seems like the sequel will be based on the Galaxy games. I can see Rosalina being a post-credits appearance leading up to it.
Benedict Cumberbatch or Stephen Fry.

Charlie day is literally just his normal voice lmao.
Not complaining, but that’s also not really acting. They both seem like they will have moments to shine as the plumbers.
Also what’s funnier is I’ve been watching It’s always sunny in Philadelphia and the episode I just watched had them at a Halloween party.
Dennis was dressed as Luigi, but ironically enough, he switches costumes with Charlie.
Basically Charlie Day Luigi was a prophecy all along.

I think the big difference is that Charlie Day brings the energy because he's a goofy energetic guy in general. Chris Pratt on the other hand, sounds like Mike the school janitor
