Most likely Krasinski. From what has been seen by folks. He was born for the role of Mister Fantastic.

He ain’t coming back. Sam Raimi literally said Feige only bought him in to give fans the chance to see him once on screen.

If he’s not coming back though, Penn Badgely would be pretty good.

Same. Especially since Love and Thunder disappointed me hardcore.

Well ** now I have to watch all of the other ** movies and shows, Kang is one of my favorite Marvel villains.

But if these movies don't go out with a bang then I'm officially dipping out for everything that isn't Spider-Man and maybe the inevitable X-Men reboot. No Way Home was the only post Infinity Saga project I came out of completely satisfied.

It could go either way but I'm leaning towards no. My interpretation of the situation was that they decided they would throw the fans a bone by testing it out, and if it goes over really well they'd stick with it. I thought Krakinski's Reed performance was fine but not spectacular, a sentiment I see a lot online (In comparison, I've seen a lot of explicit praise for Anson Mount). I think they should just do a normal audition process that includes Krakinski, to see how he holds up against others.

Imagine a NWH of Fantastic 4 except there's no hype when the Fant4stic shows up and also the movie is ass.

Unironically I think there's a decent chance one of the old Reed Richards shows up. One of the most iconic villains in recent Marvel history is The Maker, basically an evil Reed from another timeline. Using one of the old movies' Reeds would make sense, and I don't think either of the actors were bad (though I'm not familiar with them). If they could redeem Ansem Mount's Black Bolt and Jamie Foxx's Electro, they could probably redeem Ioan Gruffield or Miles Teller.

Actually after giving it some actual thought, the idea of watching every single Marvel movie and show just to understand every action figure's origin story and motivation sounds actually disgusting. I'm only watching it for Kang anyway

Well Comics Reed is a big nerdy science spouting dork so Krasinski played that part really well at least what he was given which wasn’t a lot. All the Illuminati in that universe were very arrogant so they were all meant to play that kind of part. Captain Marvel mightier than thou, Captain Carter more righteous than thou, Mr. Fantastic Smarter than thou, Black Bolt a little to cocky in how powerful he was, and Mordo being an utter false sorcerer. The only non arrogant one was Xavier and that’s because he could tell there was something different about 616 (still weird) Strange that wasn’t present in the others.

Oddly Xavier was the least arrogant but he was the most hopeful which is why he fell to Wanda as well.

I saw the news for Phase 5 and 6. Someone who is mostly interested in the films I do worry about the MCU running out of steam when superhero films go the way of the western.

Because if I had to guess he still holds true to previous comments where he said he and his wife didn’t want to do marvel because they’d be locked in for years of their careers. He wants to still Star and direct in other projects without being committed to one studio. So it be cool to have him stay, but wouldn’t be shocking if this was a one and done. He didn’t even show up on set. He did all his lines from somewhere else.

So It feels more like a easy paycheck moment while also giving his fans something they’ve wanted to see.

So from what I hear the movie is gonna focus more on Rocket especially regarding his origins since we even see him as a baby.

Oh god...No...Please don't let my boi Rocket die...I'm starting to dread that feeling. Let him and Groot go into the distance together on a more positive note before they met the other Guardians.

I would had thought maybe it'd be Drax who dies given this Dave Bautista's last role but perhaps he and Mantis just might get together and settle.
